    The Democrat regime in Massachusetts had passed a law banning those with non-violent misdemeanors involving guns from obtaining pistols because they cannot obtain a license to buy a handgun. The court of appeals, using discredited intermediate scrutiny, upheld this nonsense. The Supremes vacated the holding and remanded the issue for further proceedings in light of the NYS Bruen case

    well IIRC the supremes refused to overturn the Bump stock bullshit. But maybe there is a good reason for that-they might strike the 1934 down after holding it applies to bump stocks

    Kavanaugh and Roberts are both squishy that's why.
    They don't want to get in to curtailing executive power, and they'll try to avoid another 2a case until all the circuits have shat out conflicting tests for a decade or so.

    Well, it comes across fake when you say "democratic regime" when its actually ran by a Republican.

    Its as fake as talking about "democrat covid lock-downs" in places like Florida and Texas.

    who do you think authored that bill and which party pushed it? was it even signed by the GOP governor? In reality, the law was passed long before the GOP governor was elected.

    Shift the blame on anyone you want, but the "democrat regime" is fake as hell, when you talk about places like Texas, Florida which are totally ruled by Republicans, or a law in MA where law are signed into law by Republican governor. Own it! What's the big deal?

    well let us examine your argument. Tell me how every single Democrat appointed to the Supreme Court has voted on gun rights in the last 15 years versus GOP appointees? can you name a "red" state that does stuff like ban normal capacity magazines?

    why are you afraid to answer the question? I merely asked questions. but since you are afraid to answer them-here are the answers

    1) every democrat appointed to the US Supreme court who has been on the court in the last 20 years has voted against gun rights in Heller, McDonald and the recent Bruen case

    2) every state that has bans on normal capacity magazines is because of Democrats.

    nothing is more amusing than democrat hard core who want to pretend they aren't anti gun. we get BUT TRUMP banned bump stocks while ignoring that every Trump appointee to the supreme court has been right on gun issues and many of the lower court cases where crap like magazine bans were struck down-it was a Trump judge ,and when such a ruling was vacated by an appellate court or an appellate en banc panel-it was democrat appointees who did that

    it must be nice to have something you so deeply care about "gun rights" i am now 66 and have always lived in ohios northern metropolitan areas, i have never felt the "need" for a gun,
    i am interested in guns and do watch gun videos and informational information, every video i have watched they remark on the "fun" of firing their weaponry
