    Surprised not to see a thread on this yet. This is a HUGE win for liberty. This very same rationale applies to prostitution and drugs, not just gambling. Expect to see numerous states using this case to leapfrog into new test cases.

    Note: Sotomayor and Ginsburg were the sole voices of dissent. That should tell you something, because the two of them never met a federal overreach they didn't like.

    Exactly ... a rare moment of respect for the founding principle "individual liberty is above the legitimate authority of Gov't" .
