You know what it is with diplomats living in foreign countries?

They celebrate their national things, celebrate the national things of the country they are in, and since their neighbors usually are diplomats from some other country and get invited to their parties, but also get invited to parties of countries they are deeply connected with....

If they roll like that.... than they end up not doing much work.
Hence it makes perfect sense they bundle things up.
