Sweden would probably be the only country in the world to genuinely care. That being said, the country doesn't have the available accomodations to be able to handle many more migrants. That and all these foreigners are squeezing into the big cities in the southern 30 percent of the country (which is considered the prime desirable area because it's less freezing cold). That's creating an apartment housing crisis shortage for many other groups (like younger persons) in the country. The country's peculiar system of limiting rent prices (by law, government is the one that actually directly rents to individual tennants) further complicates things.
