Swing State Trumpers Forged Electoral Letters in Harebrained Scheme to Overturn Biden’s Win

The only state where this "fake electors" meme was already known was Michigan, in that often-seen video where a large group showed up at the state capitol building, demanding to go in and eclare the Michigan vote for Trump, but were met by a state trooper who very politely barred the door.

This is different, these are Republicans in several states who forged official documents, signed them, and tried to admit them into the national archives. Just trying to get in the door isn't both a state and a federal crime, but these obviously boilerplate documents are.

Just because it may have been "already reported" to authorities doesn't mean that they madebit public. And the absence of a state seal doesn't mean it wasn't a deliberately forged document. These groups in several states acted criminally in an attempt to subvert the will of the voters in their own states.

 

The GOP used to be an honorable organization. Sad, what they've become.

Not the same thing. This time, forged documents were signed and tendered to the National Archives. Your link was about a group of people making fools of themselves, but just claiming they were the official electors isn't a federal felony.

Forging and signing (yes, they were that stupid) official federal election documents is not free speech. It's a felony that could get them serious jail time.

 

Each state runs their elections and have different laws/rules/processes.

What Republicans are doing in the states whose legislatures they control is to set it up so that only Trump supporters occupy the official election executive positions. When they can't win on merit and don't have the numbers, they cheat.

The 1960 case was another time that the GOP tried to steal the electoral votes for an entire state, that time with the assist from the Republican governor.

Oh, should also mention that Nixon himself did the honorable thing that time.

 

Trump's base supporters HATE this country and all of its main tenets, their major ideology is based on the vitriolic hatred of ALL other races and ethnicities but the narrowest conception of their own. They believe that all ethnicities are engaged in a life and death struggle and it is all of their duties to annihilate all the others. America is the cultural hearth of the white race, ours by conquest of the First Nations and it is our duty to kill or enslave everyone all the other races in the world.

Our Constitution and all the other "woke" documents and tenets it supports are just weak and decadent attempts by race traitors to undermine their Rightful Masters.

 

That's certainly a consideration... To me, the pro/con is, again, if there was an attempt by some central force to do this at the state level (which there obviously was), it might be best to somehow join all the cases together under 1 umbrella... I would have thought perhaps the impacted states could have consulted with each other before Michigan jumping federal...

Also, there are a LOT of nutty state level judges you could get in some of these states, especially Arizona...

It's a 50/50 call to me... It's possible some might stay local and some might go federal...

The federal government became involved in this issue when these forged documents, signed by the Trump supporters who forged them, were submitted by the forgers to the National Archives, pretending that they were the official results of their states' elections. This wasn't a truggle for power, it was a blatant attempt to subvert the will of the people. AKA cheating. AKA massive voter fraud.

Since well before the election, Trump fed his "massive voter fraud" red meat to his followers and they've used that phrase countless times on this forum. I'm just trying to give them what they wanted but were unable to find: proof.
