That does not make their experience "exceptional". The sick are mentally ill and they take their suffering out on the General Public to show how sick they are. ("Look what I did! See, I need help!") Whilst others sit in the White House and try to Rule the World. Because the American constitution gives no single political-entity the real power to remove them without patent proof of "evil" in what they do. Mental Illness has many outlets, and it afflicts all kinds of people top-to-bottom and bottom-to-top. And very often the outlet is political in nature. So, just what are you trying to say? There is murder everywhere, but there is not the same rate of murder everywhere. Between the Japan which get around 4 murder per million of people and El Salvador which get around 1000 murder per million of people (even some countries in war doesn't get that much violent death), there is a world. None of the three case were judged mentaly unstable, from what I red about the third case, I'm not that much angry against that criminal but against the justice. That man seemed to be somehow wicked, and seemed to not be able to prevent himself to hurt other people, but the "justice" however knew that this man was dangerous and did nothing to protect the innocent people. About the two first case, it's just arabic/gang culture, not mentally unstable people.
It is not evident how the deaths of three kids is tantamount to "cultural enrichment". It seems more like national degradation of values to me. Spare the rod and spoil the child ...
It's just some irony, the left often justificate mass migration about a non existing cultural enrichment. "Getting cultural enriched" is just an expression for being assaulted by some migrants or descendants of migrants. Like "chance" is just a re-use of the leftist expression "chance for france" initially used to speak of migrants to now speak about migrant criminals.
