That's exactly the letter I received from Anthem, but my rate went from $440.11/month to $850.47/month. Luckily, I have a new job, and on the company health insurance. The company rates went up 7% for next year. I wonder how they will be when the one-year delay is over.

 

I haven't seen the website, but I did hear how it has been shutdown repeatedly by liberals complaining it was spam. They tried to censor it lol.

 

The activist Left are some really nasty ppl....they do this crap all the time!!

Its ok, the smart ones realize that the state insurance commissioner allowed the insurers to decide whether they wanted to amend the policies that didn't meet the ACA standards or whether they wanted to "cancel" those policies and make new ones.

Well, since the insurers are not real happy with Obama giving them a shot at an additional 30 million customers on the free market.................of course they decided to cancel instead of amend. By cancelling, it makes the ACA look bad whereas amending would have no effect on the ACA. Imagine that!

All this whining over" people" finally getting affordable health care.
I don't have to read anything you offer up here-what I have found is the people whining because they got canceled or their premiums went up is because they didn't do any research after they got the letter--how in the world can a person say they liked their "OLD" policy-"their junk"if people want to pay for junk-well,let's just say,their not too bright.
But that being said;what does that subject have to do with the OP?

 

Boy,did you miss some Congressional hearings? How can you punish a person that did nothing wrong? It was established that the IRS personal were trying to be more efficient & forwarding the (as it turns out "unlawful",confusing forms) to more experienced IRS Agents-
See,what I meant in other posts,when I said that even when the truth comes out,the GOPBAGGERS just keep on repeating the lies-over & over & over again!
But then if you don't go do the research-your forever lost in wonderland----just sayin---

 

So there wasn't a bunch of conservative TP groups left in limbo for months and years, while no liberal groups were treated the same? Where are all the liberal groups saying they were left in limbo? I don't recall seeing them. But I saw at least a dozen TP groups coming on Fox and explaining in detail what happened to them. There was the raw numbers I know I seen, showing a clear conservative group targeting scheme. A couple of months later we just rewrite history like it never happened? I've lived in the real practical world for a while now, and your response that it was just IRS folks trying to be more efficient sounds like the wonderland.

Wasn't Obama outraged, and said he would get to the bottom of it? He never got back to me...I guess he relied on you. I'm still waiting to hear the IG reverse himself. I've dealt with US and many other nations' govt officials for decades, including the IRS. I find the conservative TP groups' stories combined with the the IG report accusing the IRS of conservative targeting plausible. It is very plausible govt agents used their emotions or opinions to make official decisions. They do it all the time. Don't believe me? Intentionally (*)(*)(*)(*) a govt agent off (not by anything illegal, just by not being nice) like a DMV worker, or police officer, and witness that agent start making official decisions based on emotion. It's very easy to do, and it takes self-discipline to avoid this behavior as a human being, not just govt agent. I didn't buy into any of Issa's rhetoric. I barely even know what he is doing. Like I sad, I'm waiting on the administration to get back to me on exactly what happened. Or the IG. As usual, that isn't happening, and it seems they would much rather see the story buried.
