    I'm going to add to my post above since something has been gnawing on my mind. As I mentioned in my post, this major attack by a large amount of terrorists happened on a day that Vladimir Putin was giving his state of the union speech to the Russian people. The intent might have been to start another war in Chechnya. Since the CIA instigated coup in Ukraine also happened on the opening day of the Olympic games at Socchi, which was another big day for Vladimir Putin, it makes me wonder if the terrorist attack in Chechnya might also have been CIA instigated?

    The ones in Europe are those kicked out by Kadyrov. I wouldn't trust them anymore than the criminals kicked out of Russia by Vladimir Putin. You do realize that there are many Chechnyan terrorists?

    Kadyrov has his own method of handling them. He knows the Chechnyans have close family ties, so he let's them know that if they commit any terrorist act, their families will suffer. I bet it works.

    Actually, we do not. We have a moratorium on death penalty, and generally it wasn't creating many problems. I think, last person we executed might have literally been Chickatilo in nineties.

    A, know about that research. Well, since then government took measures against wide spread of alcohol - there now harsher restrictions on it's sells, harsher punishes for cases of selling alcohol to non-adults, and a complete ban of alcohol advertising on TV, with exception for beer, allowed to be advertised after 10 PM, ban on advertising on certain websites, in majority of printed media - magazines and newspapers - and a new restrictions on selling alcohol during nighttime. So far these measures said to be working pretty well.
