What if the affluent couple doesn't like their diet or lifestyle and asks that the child be removed to an incubator?

:roflol: "real women"...as opposed to fake women ....:roflol:

Now you want laws to rule how women choose to marry!

Is there anything you think women have the right to do on their own???

If a woman "really" wants a husband she can get one....or not, her CHOICE.

If a woman really wants kids she can have some.....or not, her CHOICE. ....

No, you don't have to be an extremist to say marriage is what two people agree to make it without YOUR interference.

It's an extremist view to say women must be "real women" and get married to have babies...THAT is an extreme view...

SHOW THE RULE that says married people must produce babies...

Feel free. You can not sign a preup that forces a woman to engage in a medical procedure against her will

Go for it. It has no precendence in any law currently on the books and would likely not pass constitutional muster

Some choices--in fact, many of them--come with responsibilities.

At the very least, it could become the basis for a no fault, no-cost divorce.

There is no such thing as a no cost divorce.

OOOH, wow, what a shockingly obvious observation........however it isn't YOUR job/duty/role/or responsibility to determine what OTHER people's responsibilities are :)

IMO in a situation where the wife aborts the husband's child, she should pay for the divorce by order of court.

Nope...as long as they do not expect others to shoulder them.

Men should be able to count on a woman being willing to have their babies if they marry them. If a woman is not willing to take on that responsibility, they should leave the man free to marry a woman that will.

The only exceptions should be the usual ones--intention to get a divorce due to abuse, or medical reasons.

One. It is not the husbands child. It is a fetus inside her body. He has no ownership of it and frankly has no say at all in what she does with it.
Two. There is no action a party can take that would require the other party to pay for the divorce. Even if he beat her everyday for a year if she is richer she is going to pay.

Well, you've certainly convinced me no one that wants a child should marry a libber.

No thanks to the "progressive" Marxist libber movement, apparently.

I am simply trying to show how I think our laws should read.

If a person enters something like a marriage compact, they should be able to know in advance what the rules are--and one of those should be the right to have children.

    That may be true BUT

it isn't YOUR job/duty/role/or responsibility to determine what OTHER people SHOULD do.... :)

...what people agree to when they're married is between them, they are the only two getting married, you aren't involved.
