Ted Cruz proposes drug money pay for wall plus biggest tax cuts in us history.

Well both parties are amazed according to some media sites after Ted Cruz proposes drug lord "el chapo" and other drug lords pay for the cost of the border wall.

Ted Cruz tweeted "Build the wall and make El Chapo pay for it," and they are looking to get 14 billion from "el chapo" Guzman and that should be more then enough to cover the wall. Look's like the left's scare tactics by saying "our taxes will pay for it" is not true. Way to go Ted Cruz. I think this is a really great idea.

Also in the news is Trump's new tax cuts that some are saying is the biggest tax cuts in us history. The middle class and couples will receive a 100% tax cut according to the proposal.

It also features sharp cuts to business taxes and some say this will aid the wealthy. What are your thoughts on these two proposals? (The wall and tax cuts)

 

I would think the left would be happy that drug money will pay for the wall and that middle class families will get a 100% income tax. I know I am but I do need to research this more because the shortfall of money he will not get from these taxes will probably mean other stuff won't be funded. Am I right or wrong on that one?

 

Would the proposed tax cut improve your life more than the other stuff will?

 

A 100% tax cut to the middle class which includes me would mean I pay less in taxes thus saving me more money and in return I could use that extra money to provide more for my family.

The wall will slow down illegal immigrants thus forcing immigrants to come here legally so we would have fewer of them coming into the country and more jobs for the people already here. So both plans will help American's.

Uncle Sam is the biggest drug lord. The reason we invaded Afghanistan was to restore the opium supply that the Taliban had cut off. The government created the crack problem.

 

Make the drug cartels pay by abolishing their business:

1. Legalise all drugs.
2. Modestly tax and regulate all drugs into a single class of store, minimum age 21.
3. Put the taxes back into voluntary treatment programs for addicts.
4. Abolish the now pointless DEA and put their 2 billion per year budget into the wall. 2 years and you're done.

No more cartels means less supply of immigrants. No more prohibition means no more DEA. No more DEA means money for a wall to stop the now reduced number of illegal immigrants. After the 2 years of their budget necessary to build the wall, put the 2bn per year into aiding AMERICAN homeless to get started Homesteading 5 acres each.

I struggle to see how anyone could be against this. Everyone wins except the bureaucracy and the cartels.
