Proof ? Even black judges ?

The institute isn't racist. Some members of the institute are. Here against you have double standarts, you say I shouldn't blame muslims because they're part of the religion of murder, but you want to blame some judges because some of their coworkers are racist.

I said I don't care that criminals get harsh time, if it's innocent black people I care. Because like I said, I don't care of black and white people, I care of innocent and scorn criminals.
If you want to care of thieve, murderers, feel free to do it.

Laws are written to punish anybody who steps out of line and hurts the law-abiding society.

Four criminals got convicted of murder or plead guilty to murder because they aided and abetted each other in putting everyone within a 150' radius of the crime scene at risk of death, including each one of themselves. Their risk overcame them, a person died, and they are entirely responsible.

You do not get a discrepancy of 20% with just "some members". You get that with most members.

You don't care that black people get ridiculous amounts of time,... as in.. get a murder conviction when it was the cop who shot somebody.

Funny, you missed that point :
There could be other factors. As the Sentencing Commission acknowledges, it’s possible that its analysis could be missing variables — “because a particular factor is unknown, or because data about it is not readily available.” For example, the report doesn’t have data for employment history or family circumstances, both of which could influence a judge’s sentence. As a result, the commission said its report “should be interpreted with caution and should not be taken to suggest discrimination on the part of judges.”

And another member showed you that a white guy got prison for that. It's Alabama law. Dura lex sed lex.

I don't care that criminals get ridiculous amount of prison. If an innocent black guy got sentenced, I care. I don't think about black and white, but criminals and white, and I don't have any mercy for criminals.

This guy was a burglar and part of a violent gang. He won't bother any innocent people, either black and white. Black people are over represented either as victim or author of homicides, more than 90 % of people who kill black people are black, by putting this guy out of the game, this judge probably saved an innocent guy, most likely a black guy.

The only thing I care is innocent people, and innocent people who are unfairly condemned. They could be black, white or a smurf, I don't care of their colour of skin.

But if it's a burglar, a thief, or the lowest kind of scum rapists, violent people or murderers, I don't have any kind of mercy for that. I don't even care if the last category die.

Yes, the code of laws is to protect the innocent, those who don't do crime, those who work and pay taxes, those who build up a society rather than tear it down.

Even a hobo who don't pay taxes is more worthy than a rich guy who kill, cripple or rape.

By 20% on the entire black community? What a joke

    He got 10 years less.

He did not murder anybody. So he's innocent of that crime.

First, it's on black criminals, stop implying that all black people are criminals, that's racist. We're speaking of criminals. Second, that's an average, and black sociology isn't the same than the white sociology or the hispanic sociology or the asian sociology or the native american sociology.
The fact that black people get on average bigger sentences can be explained by a lot of factors, racism can play a role into that, but nothing proof it's the most determinant, and even less the only factor in that.

At the first judgment, he got 30 years less.

The law of Alabam says otherwise, the white guy we mentionned before got a 55 years because one of his friend burglar got shot by a homeowner. Why should the law apply to this criminal and not the other ?

Go source me where I said all black people are criminals.

You are only kidding yourself if you fail to conclude that racism plays the biggests of rolls in this.... with the US having a massive history of the even the government making it legal to discriminate black people all the way till the 1960's... 20 years after WWII!!!

So what. It's 10 years less.

The entire black community don't get 20 % longer sentences because large parts of the black community have never problems with justice.

I don't that racism plays the biggest rolls in, I don't say it's mandatory racism who plays the biggest rolls in it.

Yes, and first he got 20 years less, until he tried to get even less. I didn't heard you complaining when he get 20 years less that the white boy in the first place. All inequalities doesn't disturb you. There is light differences between judges.

He rejected the first plea who gave him an extremly kind sentence compared to what the white boy got, I quote the article :

Every case is different. The white boy, although he is nothing but smelly trash, was not armed. I wish he would have gotten 85 years, however.

The entire black community that gets a sentence,... are sentences that are 20% longer on average compared to similar cases to white people. Says so in my source.
It's the only plausible variation.... and it is so because there are massive amounts of statistics of the criminal justice system, where black people are treated worse. Because if you think it's just about 20% longer sentences... than you're mistaken.

    https://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics/2017/3/7/14834454/exoneration-innocence-prison-racism

All in all it adds up with 20% longer sentences.

The vast majority of black community don't have any problems in their life with justice. So no, the entire black community don't get that sentence. Your insinuations that all black people are criminals are disgusting.

There you catch my attention. Like I said, I don't care of a scum being wrongly sentenced, but for innocent people, I care. There is a problem so. Innocent people should never being wrongly sentenced. That doesn't concern the teen we're speaking about. This one deserve no mercy.
So yes, finally, you brought something interesting, I don't care that a murderer, a rapist, a thief get treated unfairly. They're worthless and the fact we tolerate their existence is already a proof of a huge mercy. I care that innocent people get sentenced. The fact that some innocent people could be wrongfully sentenced is a huge problem.

    You should study statistic mathematics.

Basically I think the same of your country which kills people, sometimes torturing them to death, which charges children as adults and because of something they did as a child when their brain was not properly formed ends their life, either by making them work as slaves for the rest of their life or simply killing them. Your system is not just. That you believe a country which judges people innocent until proven guilty and that will not allow more than one third of the maximum sentence if someone pleads guilty in order that people will not feel afraid to plead innocent when they are or go to court and fight it if they are being charged with more than than they are guilty of 'third world' would appear to suggest you believe third world countries are far more just than the US. You are so out of it. Do not expect me to waste more time on you.

excuse me? my country?...my country doesn't torture people to death, children under the age 18 are not tried as adults unless there are extenuating circumstances and that is rarely given.

My country has not had a execution since 1962 and the death penalty was abolished in 1976. Typical life sentence for an adult is 25yrs with possibility of parole in 15yrs, an exceptionally vicious multiply homicides can net consecutive terms but even that is uncommon. Under 18 crimes rarely result in more than 12yrs.

I suggest you take a crash course in reading comprehension
