So you're saying the police are useless? That's not nice, but all the more reason to own a gun. The cops can only stop a mass shooting or any shooting after people have died. Thank you.

You had no point! You stated that there was no evidence. He paid for a gun to be delivered to his home. That in itself carries up to a 10 year sentence. He had information on how to carry out mass murders and had a wish list on what to purchase to carry out mass murders for which he was given extra time. He had pedophile images on his pc which increased the sentence even further. No evidence! Yea right!

 

Jailing for a "thought" crime.... Yeah, this is not going to end well for anyone!

Thank goodness that good guys with guns from the US tipped off the local good guys (who should have guns but luckily didn't need them in this case because the crazy guy didn't have a gun yet).

 

I read all your other posts and also read your first post saying "So he is guilty with no evidence then??"

probably, 5 rounds isn't even a full mag, not exactly the proper inventory for a mass shooting but if the firearm was ordered illegally then whatever the legal ramifications are he should face them regarding illegal possession of a firearm or maybe in this case its attempted illegal possession (I assume its less serious) I have no issues going after anybody in a similar scenario especially if there are materials in his possession that indicate he had nefarious plans.

I didn't read any specifics on that but I don't think I find this interesting enough to research it, I'll let the gov't handle it as they see fit.
