We can all see your post history dude. Plainly for days you've been arguing that pinning him and holding him was perfectly reasonable, and perfectly legal.

    Which it wasn't.

It was. He should have absolutely been pinned and you've agreed. Maybe you should go back into your homo erotic fantasies about Chauvin in prison?

    Thanks for playing.

Pinned briefly to be cuffed != pinned for 10 minutes with 4 grown men on him, one of them sitting on his neck..

You directly endorsed the latter as perfectly reasonable and legal.
    Its not.

    Thanks for playing.

Pinned briefly is a broad term. 4 grown men were not on him for 10 minutes. Pinned and then rolled onto his side periodically because you might suspect them to be on some sort of drug... or should I say, doing the most bare minimum amount that procedure dictates to so that you can maintain total control over someone who is 6'5 and 240.

I absolutely endorse the pin. It's safe.

If you are not a ***** like George was.

They have him on the ground and pinned for 8ish. I round to 10 its easier than typing 8ish. Sue me.

Not periodically. You get him hooked up, everyone grabs the requisite piece of the body, and you roll him and keep him there. He shouldn't be on his chest for more than 30 seconds.

Except they knew he was a junkie all strung out, and that no in fact the pin as they used it most certainly is not safe for such a suspect. So they chose to murder him.
Which is the issue, their actions create dozens of negative effects on society that a trial does not cure: look at your own posts in this thread if you need an object lesson on just what was learned by it IE nothing. Look at the unrest generated. Look at the distrust in police and the uptick in violence against them. The nation is a powder keg and these 4 idiots decided they liked playing with ****ing matches.
They could've simply done as required, and Floyd would be off the street with his 3rd ****ing strike, and they'd all be home with their families except for possibly Chauvin who was cheating on his taxes and due for an audit.

The nation is a powder keg because progressive news channels only seem to report white police violence on black people creating a false narrative that police are just hunting down black people to kill them. Which makes black people more likely to resist arrest out of fearing for their lives and thus making matters worse.

You should focus in on that. Because that's not going away anytime soon.

And I still endorse the pin. I could be held down and sat on indefinitely and not die. Because unlike George, I am not a *****.

Larger people are less likely to be targets for assault from predators and bullies...so. You know? There's that?

    :)

Tall women however are at a disadvantage socially. As we want them to float around average height.

But I do agree, everyone is born with inherent privileges or disadvantages. It's how we use our privileges to our advantage dictates how we do in life. Our society likes tall men as it does skinny women. (not fat ass skinny like Beyonce)

That's just ideals our society holds to be true.

The nation is a powder keg full stop: That means you shouldn't play with ****ing matches. More than 'black people' resist arrest more often now: Its not limited by skin color ffs. More people are more likely to resist, more rioting occurred, more businesses were harmed, more people were harmed, all because these 4 idiots had to get blood mad or refuse to gainsay someone who was.

You should focus in on that.

And, again: When you know the person is a junkie on dope, putting them in the pin and keeping them there is murder, it takes awhile, and everyone around you is filming you acting like a blood mad idiot.
It causes far more damage that wasn't present from Floyd simply being a piece of ****.

Not race, it's poverty and lack of opportunity.

We live in a white man's world were blacks (and any "foreigners") have to prove themselves anew every single mo'f**ing day.

I'm glad I'm a white guy. My struggles aren't any hard here in Germany like yours in the USA if you're a white guy just like me.

Germany's White Trash usually hates Muslim immigrants, while American racists concentrate on Blacks and Mexicans. Am I right?

MMM nope. The idea that there was never going to be a complicated situation during an arrest that involves a white cop and a black criminal was an act of futility.

    Say her name
    Jacob Black
    Hands up.

And in the case of George Floyd, who was arrested during a time where he willfully compromised his health and the police failed to treat him like a delicate little china cup that he was during said arrest.

Everyone has a phone now. The problem is context. The white guy who got sat on in the same manner as George (who's name you don't know because he's white)
    Tony Timpa
, his story disappeared like a fart in the wind because it really is much ado about nothing. No grand sinister scheme of plot against white people. No out rage. No protest. No "say his name". The incident should be investigated of course and if found to be negligent, then the cops should be punished according to the law. But what's important here is that there was no grand narrative to ignite white people. No buildings brunt down. No statues toppled over. No violence.

This only gets worse the longer your progressive media outlets continue to farm click bait headlines filled with bullshit progressive opinions to every ****ing event.

Until you put a stop to that, this only gets worse.

    :)

Another nice talking point. More whites live in poverty than blacks so why aren't they committing more of the violent crime?

You can't get past race here....the facts/data can't be disputed.

The idea that the nation is a powder keg so you might as well be the one to set off the keg, is so foolish I don't think it bears discussion beyond this simple sentence.

No one said they had to treat him like a tea cup, all they had to do was not take actions that were almost medically certain to lead to his death without proper cause.

Indeed everyone has a phone now, which is why you shouldn't get blood mad and press someone to death over the course of 10 or so minutes. Its why you shouldn't make statements against interest showing you knew what you were doing. Its why you shouldn't break the law in public.

The incident should be prosecuted in the standard course of business, if they knew or suspected Timpa was juiced up on something they should not have administered that pin in that fashion.

My progressive outlets? All that **** talk about progressives I made earlier, and you think I'm a progressive because I point out that Chauvin and co fairly caught their cases? What color is the sky in your world?
I have no control over progressive or conservative outlets, I tend to consume neither without an adblocker etc and that only rarely as its not very often that I will subject myself to being steeped in that amount of bullshit. I don't support them. I don't direct them. You however support the narrative of Floyd's death being proper and legal, which is part of the issue.

Until people like you stop thinking that casually and causally pressing someone to death in the street in front of a crowd of onlookers holding recording devices is acceptable behavior from a cop, this only gets worse.

I'm not saying that at all. Getting outraged because a junky was overdosing which helped lead to complications while he was being arrested is not something riot over. Just because the arresting officer is white and the criminal is black doesn't mean racism.

George ingested a ridiculous amount of fentanyl which made him a fragile china cup and the police who were using a technique that is normally non lethal under normal situations were ignorant to the extent of George's weak state. I've experienced the pin. I doubt you have. Are they negligent? Sure. They should have given him his warm milk and cookies at some point during the arrest absolutely.

In the end, they got punished for it and likely another non lethal pin move is now going to be removed from the police bag of tricks because progressives will over react and the next time the police have to arrest someone who is larger then they are they will be acting with their hands cuffed and should they killed in the process, oh well!

The important thing here is the health and safety of the societal **** stain who is being arrested.

I love how the proportions are such that a normal sized male would be about the size of a dildo for her.

I didn't say it was something morally acceptable to riot over. I said that it was a powder keg and Chauvin decided he'd like to play with matches that day.

Again: They are trained on how to deal with these suspects. They are trained not to do what they did to people they suspect are on drugs like Floyd.
You doubting that I've ever been arrested while belligerently intoxicated is hilarious and adorable, but very incorrect.
If he was a tea cup: There is this thing called "eggshell plaintiff liability": You take your victim as you find him. If I get in a fist fight with someone, punch them in the face with normal force, and they ****ing die guess what? Yeah, homicide charges.
They knew or suspected there was an issue with Floyd such that the pin would kill him. They did it anyway, and now we all get to pay the consequences for their idiocy and cowardice. Square biz

Again: The pin is fine, so long as you don't suspect the person of intoxication by narcotics. If you do it without suspecting anything, its also fine so long as you ****ing stop holding them in that position when they pass the **** out and become non-responsive.
They didn't do the bare minimum.

No the important thing here is that those police officers uphold their sworn oath not to violate the constitutional rights of the citizenry in a fit of pique because they're annoyed someone going to prison for the rest of their life on a 3rd strike, and is all strung out too boot, is throwing a ****ing tantrum. The important thing is that sworn law enforcement officers not be seen to casually murder a citizen, even a piece of **** criminal, in the street over the course of 10 or so minutes while witnesses point out he's gone unresponsive and o look now he's actually dead.
The important thing is not to play with ****ing matches in a powder keg. The important thing is to do your ****ing job, which is not to casually murder other citizens.

You are asking a act of impossibility. There is never going to be a time where police handle every single interaction with precision and perfection in both training and decision making.

They are human. They are going to **** up. What you are giving pass too is the creation of the powder keg brought on by the media with its relentless false narratives for money.

Chauvin could happen again and will happen again at any time in any city. And if that doesn't happen then count on a Smollett to invent one.

The powder keg is the problem. Not Chauvin.

Well ya. When you are high ****ing fentanyl and a **** stain to society, forcing police into having to deal with you. Otherwise you are likely safe from being bullied as people will pick easier targets.

Well...ya. Sorry. I guess when you actively choose to be a societal **** stain while being large, things may get harder for you.

But if you go to prison, the chances are great you won't be sucking anyone's dick.

You are trying to negate an overall societal advantage and preference to one negative situation and calling that equal.

That's like saying "it's great to be a short guy because you could be a jockey in horse racing!"

    Women prefer taller men.
Some jobs are tailored towards tall men
    Athletics favors taller men
Taller men are viewed as powerful
Taller men do not get bullied

None of this gets negated because cops have to treat you as more of a threat. It's by far an overall net positive to be tall in our society right now.
