“The Supreme Court, in tossing the Texas lawsuit that was joined by seventeen states and 106 US congressman, [has] decreed that a state can take unconstitutional actions and violate its own election law -- resulting in damaging effects on other states that abide by the law, while the guilty state suffers no consequences,” West wrote, according to KTVT-TV of Dallas-Fort Worth.

“This decision establishes a precedent that says states can violate the U.S. Constitution and not be held accountable,” West continued. “This decision will have far-reaching ramifications for the future of our constitutional republic.

“Perhaps law-abiding states should bond together and form a Union of states that will abide by the Constitution,”

An interesting issue. We will see how they act and if they try to end our federalism system. The democrats in California brought this up four years ago. If the Democrats try to run rough shod over all opposition and try to cram down their socialism and big government and lockdowns on the state and local level then this idea will have to be brought on to the table and explored.

There’s a bit of this talk on the issue from a variety of people. I don’t support it yet but I do support using it as leverage to stop the other side from over playing its hand.

    EXCEPT:

There is ZERO Chance of it happening (under any circumstances), so how could it possibly be used as "leverage"?

Trump's TDS is showing, the guy has lost it, being an impeached one-term President has sent him over the edge

those politicians support that Trump's coup attempt are suffering from the same disease

Trump plans to harm America long after he leaves office, and sadly some cheer this

Interesting. The republicans are trying to use the thinnest connection to the constitution to try to overturn an election. Does this now enter Section 3 od the 14th ammendment territory?

LOL, impeached for what we now know is a valid concern, the Biden family corruption.

I am not surprised that libs think following the constitutional process is criminal.

That might work but the “other side” would cheer if they actually did this. It isn’t leverage, it’s a dream — especially if it only impacts with no benefit to the nation.

Texas only voted for trump by 6 percent, it is delusional to believe they would have the necessary support of secession.
There are a few blood red states that no one would miss however.

The call was long before anyone knew Biden would be the democrat nominee. Facts now show that the Biden’s have been under investigation for some time. Pure FAIL on your part.
