For finally showing beyond any doubt that abortion is about one person committing a homicide against another with no reasonable justification. By the very standard pro abortion folks have touted for years for the threshold to personhood, abortion is now clearly by legal definition a homicide and there is no reasonable argument to the contrary. So the fraudulent line used for years, that abortion isn’t a homicide, can no longer be used to entice young women to do something they will absolutely regret later!!!! But be careful abortion promoters, you are poking the bear!
Just to point out this is the entire state, not just the city. The new law in New York seems designed to tacitly give the green light to late term abortions any time in the pregnancy. All an abortion worker has to say is "it was for health reasons", no doctor, no verification that there actually were legitimate health issues. "Health reasons" is code word for "a normal pregnancy could possibly hurt my health so I have the right to abort"
