You are getting 6th generation carrier drones. The whole problem with the F-35 is that they are trying to get 3 different aircraft from one design, they could build the F-35A and maybe the F-35C from one design, but the F-35B is such a different aircraft it needs a whole new design.

The OMB report early Summer said $650 billion, but it's been pushing up an average of $100-150 billion a year with no resolutions in sight. Everyone is afraid to touch it, or investigate it. When you are a Nation-State, you do not worry about such things as much. Aftr all, what will happen if you are caught? You just blame it on private individuals and claim innocence. Cyber-warfare is going on all the time, and who does it is no secret. Check around for examples of North Korean hackers going after South Korea, or in the ME against Israel.
