Um liberals move into an area they vote liberal. Conservatives move into an area they vote conservative. Colorado has had a surge in young tech savvy folks moving in. This is due to an emphasis on tech companies and being the first state to legalize weed. I would ask how could Colorado not turn blue?

They could have picked any strategy or none at all, Colorado was still going to go blue. Same with the GOP in California, they could have paid people to vote for them and they would still not have won.

I'm a Colorado resident and cannot in good conscience vote for the democratic party as it exists today.
my last trip to denver was a bit weird, too much weed around and too many homeless, same goes for Seattle. I prefer getting out of the city, it was nicer.
