I just saw an email saying our offices are opening back up (I still get to retain work from home though)
In the email it says those who haven’t shown proof of vaccines will have their badges disabled

I’m all for strict covid policies but we know it doesn’t stop there. This is going to lead to many other controlling regulations and we know it

Btw I’m vaxxed (hopefully I don’t get heart problems, so spare me your vaccine lectures
I didn’t really have a choice because I’m around an immune compromised elder for large periods of time these days. I’m got those two shots knowing they could kill me later on, but was more worried about protecting others

also, these shady government tactics of restricting work but then saying “we aren’t forcing to anyone to get vaxxed”
They might as well be saying “hey you don’t have to get vaxxed but if you don’t, we’ll help your children starve to death”

Companies, institutions, government will grind to a snail's pace. If they weren't already barely getting by with their labor force, it's going to get real bad now.

Expect delays and failures in areas that we never had them before. Think of the refrigerator taking 6 months to be delivered... double that and then realize gas, food, and everything else will now have Supply side problems. Not only will everything take longer, it will cost more too.

What a fiasco. It's as if these Democrats can't think a single step ahead. Or maybe they want this massive fail on a national level?

Ya, the FDA just said there is no proof that the booster shots help. And, those with natural immunity after having Covid19 are 27 have more antibodies against the virus and the variances the Israeli's say. I believe the Israelis before I'd believe Fauci, the CDC or the FDA and of course anything coming out of the Biden administration or Democrat's mouth.

These boosters .... they push for them is not supported.

 

However, it would not surprise me that we may need booster shots as we do with other vaccines.

 

The covid vaccines is the largest and only mrna vaccines in phase 3 human trials. This is not like other vaccines. The biggest similarity is that other vaccines and this vaccines use needles. Booster shots being required from other vaccines is not a good comparison in this case.

 

I don't think we care about comparisons. What we want to know is if we need a booster shot.

And yet, just a few posts below yours, @Bearack posted that he can't find qualified people to fill posts in his company. I'm assuming you are saying that people will be fired if they don't get the vaccination - yet we see threads on a regular basis about not enough people to fill the jobs available. So for those who don't want to work for a company that is insisting upon vaccinations, they should surely be able to find a new job. No?
