Following on from a post to koko in another thread, koko claims that in 2006, 30% of Americans, approximately 90,000,000 people, did not believe the governments version of events. And, he claims, that number has continued to grow "consistently". I would like to know what evidence there is to support this "growing" claim. As I stated in reply; If that number is "growing", then why; - Does the 9/11 anniversary protest at ground zero yield less and less people each year? In 2006, there were a few hundred. In 2011, there was around 150. Last year, 2012, there were less than 40. - Did 'rememberbuilding7' fail to ever raise more than 8% of their goal? - Did 'occupy building 7' fail to get more than 30 people, even when thousands of pissed off teenagers were protesting corporate greed right around the corner at the same time? - Did the 'Toronto hearings' get less than 100 attendants and achieve absolutely nothing? - Did the 'Vancouver hearings' get even less? - Why Richard Gage's supporter petition have less than 20,000 signatures? - Why almost every 9/11 fund-raiser finishes well below its target, even after being extended by months over its finish date? - Why no one talks about 9/11 conspiracies outside of the Internet? - Why there are not marches of thousands (or your alleged millions) of people periodically on the capital, or in any city in the US? or even in the world? - Why every 'new 9/11 investigation now' White House petition fails to reach more than 100 signatures? Even though in the same time allowance, a UFO petition got over 20,000 signatures? I'm very interested as to why the 90 million people, and "growing", do so little to support their belief? It seems to me that very, very few, with that number decreasing steadily, believe/support 9/11 'truth'.
There are two types of denialists wanting to cover up the truth that an unknown flying object was floating slowly toward tower 2 before it exploded. The first is the 911 truther which is a poser that says the orb is fake because one clip showed the orb blurred out (not visible), most likely by the perps because they considered trying to hide it, but it was broadcast live, therefore it wouldn't be possible to not have the original footage showing up because of all the vcr's recording after the first explosion. The perps adding a ball instead of fake imagery is idiotic. The others are government quacks who don't believe the ball is a plane but say it is because it destroys the official 911 myth. So, the only thing they (media and government) could do was call it the plane, which of course is bat (*)(*)(*)(*) crazy. No honest thinking person looking at all the footage would believe that lie because it was a slow floating ball with no wings or propeller. The media acknowledged the orb by calling it the plane and backed themselves into a corner of fantasy and fiction. No honest researcher would ever claim it was fake because the media crazies told an outright lie about what the orb could never be, a plane. That admission gives it the utmost credibility, proving that it was real and present near the south tower. The truthers are playing for the same team as the quacks, essentially. This live footage is perfectly clear, showing the orb and its shadow behind the towers. She (WB11) first described it as what could be a police helicopter and after she realized it caused the explosion, changed her thoughts in that moment. The media literally got trapped in the twilight zone. If it wasn't a helicopter, (no propeller) it certainly could not have been a plane. A chopper (From WB11) passed west after the orb came from the right/west side. The orb was the orb, helicopters are helicopters and the computer generated imagery utilized on 911 was absurd. The camera zoom demonstrates how a distant object will show more character detail. The zoom on the orb shows no detail of any known flying object and is too small to even be a chopper.

Whomever Cloud turned his footage over to added a black blob. Clifton, did not hear nor see a plane. It would have been coming from his left. Another damning matter of fact; How come, if over 90,000,000 people in the US alone don't believe the governments story, do most the 9/11 'truth' videos and films struggle to even get a couple of hundred thousands views in their lifetime? Yet, a guy dressing in drag going around Chatroulette, or a Taylor Swift/screaming goat video will easily get millions of views in their first week!

Here in lays the issue for why the truth movement is in the place it is. The truth may be out there, but the movement wont find it because they can not agree among themselves which truth to believe. We have everything from the government let it happen, to space based high energy weapons powered by North Atlantic storms. The reality is we have a bunch of little Fox Mulder wanna-bes, all convinced they have something important in front of them, and they are single handedly going to change the world
I would partially chalk it up to bad leadership too. The only people who led the movement were people who wanted money from it. They saw a market, took advantage of minor flaws, and then turned it into a multi-million dollar boom. Griffin sold books, Gage sold woo, Loose Change made money, and no one even second thought it. Then all of a sudden there was no return, no one paid attention. There were no more rallies, and American society realized that a few little flaws didn't mean the gubmit did it. After that, all you have left is the shell that's here now. Like cj said, a few die hards that won't let it go. Maybe the need to feel relevant, or possibly they believe everything they're saying. It's really hard to tell sometimes.
You have ignored the moredangerous elements of the movement. Some of the hard core are revolutionaries, and not particularly peaceful ones. There are alot anarchists, whether anarcho-capitalist, syndicalist or nihilist. There are a lot of white nationalists. They provided half of Dylan's source material in the first iteration of Loose Change. There are Christofascists who want to turn the conflict into a crusade against all Muslims and Jews, or just against the Jews and to tuirn America into some kind of Christian utopia. Don't forget the bat-crap crazies like whacky old Judy and her followers.
You can clearly see that I took a real picture of a distant plane and it looks real because it is. The black blob in Cloud's video is obviously fake. It's black with no tail section, no wings, no fuselage, nothing but stupid fakery. The light poles render perfect silver with a black blob just west.
