If you are protesting for the bringing down and destroying of the entire financial system that has led to the greatest prosperity mankind has ever known, you are an enemy of the State and beneath contempt.

There are problems, but they can be solved without resorting to a cradle to grave welfare state that will bankrupt us just like its bankrupting Europe.

"Centrally planned" implies that those involved know what they doing. Now China is what I call a centrally planned economy, meaning state capitalist. The Chinese ruling class are far cleverer than their US counterparts.

Presumably you have no such qualms about supporting the far greater parasites, the bankers?

LOL - what general strike?

I don't know how anyone can be excited about the violence and vandalism in Oakland, much less the blockade of the port. It's little wonder only 30% of Americans support OWS...

Actually it's 35-45%, depending on what poll you believe. And that's more support than the Tea Party movement enjoys right now (under 30%) and makes us at least as popular as both of the major political parties in this country. By some estimates, the occupy movement is as popular as the president. That's saying something for a movement that's only a matter of weeks old.

    1) As I mentioned in the post you quoted (the contents of which you obviously ignored), I have a job.

    2) You're not supporting me in any way. You don't even live in the same country as me.

Just pointing out that you clearly have no idea what you're talking about.

    1) We don't believe you!

    2) Your silly OWS movement is also present in my country. Seems stupidity is highly contagious and can cross borders...

Your talking to someone who doesn't understand the issues or cares about learning. Anyways i found the video i wanted. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eirbtNOLfsE&feature=player_embedded"]Occupy Oakland Closes the Port - YouTube[/ame] It's about a combined intersectional movement the objectors either don't know what that means or are afraid of it. There are better things to do than bicker with people who shut themselves off in their own world and create simplistic boundaries that define everyone else.

Regardless of what some think, you have my full support, even if you didn't work. :)

Does any one remember the story of the Children's Crusade? OWS and the Children's Crusade have much in common.
