The GOP have a constant threat, that they invited into their tent.

I have been saying this for eons. Here is the first threat of a boycott. https://www.newsweek.com/georgia-trump-supporters-destroy-gop-boycott-senate-runoffs-1549245

If you are not sufficiently loyal.....they will come after you next.

Now the establishment GOP has been mighty coy since the election with the majority of the GOP thinking Trump got ripped off, but eventually they are going to have to get realistic that the power in Washington has moved.

This reminds me of far left progressives that swore they'd boycott . The real difference here is that everyone knew Sanders was never going to ally himself with a plan that would actually sabotage his only chance at influence and endanger a complete backslide over ego, and wounded pride.

While I don't think Trump will here, in Georgia, in this election, but does anyone seriously doubt that Trump would endorse a boycott to keep his power over the GOP? He is never been ideologically driven, and for the most part completely indifferent to policy. The GOP has to bow and scrape if it wants to get access to these voters.

Personally, I would love to see this gather momentum and thank Trumpsters for a Democratic Senate, but I just don't think Trump wants to hand Biden that power.

This is, essentially, Tea Party. Libertarian constistutionalists and classical liberals that only ever tacitly supported 'GOP' in the first place because its slightly less anti-gun and slightly more republican than the Dems, which isn't saying much.

They are a considerable threat to the GOP because the GOP are just righty flavored globalists masking their globalism in corporatism (which is itself a distinction without a difference) and America First civic nationalism and ultimately individualism is what people are really voting for when they vote Trump.

The bulk of the GOP's support rests on constitutional civic nationalists and individualists. If the GOP doesn't do everything in their power to prevent a global corporate authoritarian collectivist Biden admin, they will lose a meaningful chunk of their support.

Parts of that actually makes sense (though I would use completely different labels to favour my view)

Dude look at who Biden's picks are thus far. Reads like a who's who of America's most politically active (almost always translates as corrupt and power hungry) corporations. But why would you expect anything else? Biden sold that tiny nasty little soul he's got to them years ago.

Quite a slur on his character!

Which corporations are you most concerned about? What effect you think this will have on his policy?

Did you or did you not approve of citizens united? Sorry dude you voted for a corporate whore you best be prepared to live with one. Please note this is the same ole Joe that the Dems didn't used to trust with any sort of senior leadership position, the guy who told you he didn't know countrywide mortgage one if the major players in the collapse of the housing bubble, had given him a sweet heart deal on one if his palatial mansions. As for which ones just look at the ones getting plum positions on his transition team and being ear marked cabinet and other positions. Look and see how many FOBs get government jobs.

Trump supporters are not good to their word any more than Trump is to his word, but would love it if they were in this case

Trump doesn't care about the Republicans. He's not a Republican. They were just the vehicle he used to get to the White House, because the Democrats wouldn't have him. Trump has no allegiance to the party and has no personal investment in how they do or don't do. His brand is separate from them. Since he lost the election and is not the leader anymore, he couldn't give two moldy shits about them. He knows he has enough support to run again in the future and enough support to muscle the Republicans into lining up behind him. The only Republicans he cares about are the ones who bow down before him.

But one thing is certain. He will have less support even among those who formerly supported him after his whole election fraud spectacle concludes.

I am not from Georgia. You said "Trump supporters are not good to their word any more than Trump is to his word,". You made no exceptions. Again, Where have I not been good to my word?

Dude specific issues? Expect four years if firm over substance BS and railing about how evil corporations are while nothing of real substances gets done. It'll be the same stupid game Dems have been playing since Bill Clinton, talk mean about corporations and give them everything they want meanwhile junkets to all the hottest vacation spots and other legal and quasi legal ways to slip some long green into their pockets. And if course the biggest scam if all is the insider trading that goes on in DC that would get the rest if us jailed.

Yep, it's true that US Presidents have the habit of talking big, then "letting off" corporate, banks and Wall Street... So I'm not particular optimistic on that one either.

The problem for Dems comes if AOC and the rest Her insane clown posse won't be bought off. Bernie might be willing to carry water for the Neocons and kleptocrats but the squad might not.

Did you call it a one party dictatorship when Bush had both houses or when Trump had both houses?

AOC is harmless. Really. The only reason she is anybody is because Trump made her somebody. And here you are giving her more publicity.

AOC becomes powerful with your words. Stop obsessing over her, and that power goes away.

I never see her on MSM. I read about her here and have heard Trump talk about her. We probably watch different channels. I pretty much stick to CBS and NBC but the best is PBS, which for some reason, I haven't watched in years.

Did they ram thru a radical agenda? I'm not a fan of one party rule especially one where radicals and communist find a cozy nest.
