Depends on when. At the beginning you're better off inside with your family away from large groups. Later on outside is better assuming you're not cheek by Joel in large groups.

No, he didn't say they were unprovable. Mueller wrote in his conclusion:

"Because we determined not to make a traditional prosecutorial judgment, we did not draw ultimate conclusions about the President's conduct. The evidence we obtained about the President's actions and intent presents difficult issues that would need to be resolved if we were making a traditional prosecutorial judgment. At the same time, if we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the President clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state. Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards, we are unable to reach that judgment. Accordingly, while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him."

You might try reading the report.

As has been shown repeatedly Mueller's hands were tied by the OLC prohibition of not indicting a sitting prez. But he provided ample evidence for Congress to impeach of for the DoJ to indict after we the people kicked his lying ass out of the WH.

Postmaster General Louis DeJoy purchased up to $305,000 in bonds from an investment firm whose managing partner also chairs the U.S. Postal Service’s governing board, the independent body responsible for evaluating DeJoy’s performance.

Between October and April, DeJoy purchased 11 bonds from Brookfield Asset Management each worth between $1,000 and $15,000, or $15,000 and $50,000, according to DeJoy’s financial disclosure paperwork. Ron Bloom, a Brookfield senior executive who manages the firm’s private equity division, has served on the postal board since 2019 and was elected its chairman in February.

Some of the corruption Don orchestrated lives on. Bloom has repeatedly said DeJoy has earned his confidence. He's also earned Bloom some money.

Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs released an analysis of the state Senate GOP’s incoming report from its so-called “audit” of the 2020 election results carried out by Cyber Ninjas, a firm led by a pro-Trump conspiracy theorist.

    • In her 46-page analysis, Hobbs ripped the “audit” for:
      • “lack of security and chain of custody procedures”
      • “lack of transparency”
      • “lack of consistent, document quality control practices, policies, and procedures”
    • There are “numerous examples of failures” in Cyber Ninjas’ review process, Hobbs said.
      • “Any one of these issues would deem an audit completely unreliable, but the combination of these failures renders this review meritless.”
    • Hobbs pointed out that the primary reason for the audit was Republicans’ refusal to accept the election results that led to Trump’s solid defeat.
      • As a result, they held an audit that “undermined public confidence in accurate and secure elections that were conducted in 2020.”

It is shocking to think of the magnitude of the impact to the nation from Trump's Big Lie. Election laws have been changed, half of POTer's still believe in a myth, confidence in our elections has been eroded for no reason, then of course there was the Jan. 6 coup attempt by Trump and deluded members of The Following.

Former Giuliani Ukraine Crony Set To Change Plea In Manhattan Federal Prosecution

Igor Fruman, a former Rudy Giuliani associate who aided the campaign to squeeze Ukraine into providing dirt on Joe Biden, is set to change his plea this week from his current plea of not guilty.

A change-of-plea hearing is scheduled for Wednesday in Fruman’s criminal case, where Manhattan federal prosecutors accuse Fruman and his associate Lev Parnas of campaign finance violations related to a scheme to remove the U.S. ambassador to Ukraine.

Since their October 2019 indictment, Fruman and Parnas have proclaimed their innocence, albeit in different ways and for different reasons.

Fruman has been mostly tight-lipped since charges were brought. Parnas, with his attorney Joseph Bondy, embarked in November 2019 on a strategy to expel as much discovery material from the case into the then-ongoing impeachment saga as possible. The House Intelligence Committee obtained and released reams of texts and emails from Parnas, showing his role in the scheme to pressure the Ukrainian government to announce investigations into the Bidens.

This has the potential for being an interesting development.

Jan. 6 investigation will seek phone records related to attack, including lawmakers

The select committee investigating the Jan. 6 insurrection will seek electronic communications records related to the attack, including from members of Congress, the panel’s chair said Monday.

Select Committee Chair Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.) told reporters his panel would be sending letters to telecommunications companies and social media companies, requesting they preserve relevant documents. CNN first reported the planned requests.

Secret Service Warned Capitol Police Of Threat The Day Before Insurrection

The Secret Service on January 5 warned the U.S. Capitol Police (USCP) of a threat to commit violence at the upcoming Trump rally in D.C. the next day, which ultimately led to the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection.

A redacted email first reported by Politico shows the Secret Service informing the USCP of a “possible officer safety issue for 1/6/21” on January 5.

“Per our Denver Field Office, a concerned citizen reported that [redacted] were flying into BWI today to attend tomorrow’s rally and ‘incite violence.’ In addition, the source reports that [redacted] previously made threats against President-Elect Biden,” the Secret Service wrote.

The email noted that the citizen reported that the subjects were driving to D.C. with “ballistic helmets, armored gloves and vests, rifles, and suppressors.”

Let’s look at Pelosi’s communications and see what she knew and when before, during, and after… Jan 6 would never have happened if not for her dereliction of duty…

Do you see a problem with getting ALL lawmakers records.... let's look at them all... not just a select few that the Democrats decide who they are... this is just another scam like the impeachments and the Mueller hoax... the queen b will never be questioned or dare dispute her... this garbage is getting real old... 2022 can't get here fast enough... Pelosi's communication would probably turn up so questionable activities.... Pelosi is not above the law.

Judge Refers ‘Kraken’ Lawyers For Potential ‘Disbarment’ In Scathing Opinion Over Big Lie

The team of “Kraken” attorneys who sought to overturn the 2020 election “scorned their oath, flouted the rules, and attempted to undermine the integrity of the judiciary along the way,” according to a Wednesday opinion from a Detroit federal judge.

U.S. District Judge Linda Parker for the Eastern District of Michigan referred the team of lawyers — who sought to overturn the election in courts through a series bogus claims — for suspension or disbarment while granting requests for sanctions.

Parker also ordered the “Kraken” team — which included Trump-aligned lawyers Sidney Powell and Lin Wood — to pay for legal fees for the city of Detroit and state of Michigan, and referred them for “at least twelve (12) hours of continuing legal education in the subjects of pleading standards (at least six hours total) and election law (at least six hours total).”

Parker wrote in the ruling that the “Kraken” lawyers had tried to create a “haze of confusion, commotion, and chaos” around the election.

Capitol Police Officers Sue Trump And Cronies For Sparking Jan. 6 Violence

Seven Capitol Police officers who responded to the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection are suing ex-President Donald Trump and his allies for encouraging and, in the case of some defendants, participating in the violent attack.

The lawsuit names Trump, the Trump campaign, Roger Stone, and more than a dozen members of far-right organizations and militias, including Proud Boys and Oath Keepers, as the defendants. It was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

The defendants “conspired to use force, intimidation, and threats” to prevent Joe Biden from entering office, prevent Congress from certifying the 2020 elections, and prevent the U.S. Capitol Police from being able to carry out their duty to protect the area, the lawsuit alleges.

“Because of Defendants’ unlawful actions, Plaintiffs were violently assaulted, spat on, tear-gassed, bear-sprayed, subjected to racial slurs and epithets, and put in fear for their lives,” the filing states. “Plaintiffs’ injuries, which Defendants caused, persist to this day.”

Jan. 6 Committee Digging Into Trump’s Attempt To Pressure Michigan GOPers

The House select committee on investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection has its sights set on ex-President Donald Trump’s desperate gambit to turn the screws on Michigan GOP officials to help him steal the 2020 election.

Committee chair Bennie Thompson’s (D-MS) information request to the National Archives and Records Administration last week seeks “all documents and communications referring or relating to the 2020 election results between White House officials and officials of State Governments” from November 3 through the day of Joe Biden’s inauguration on January 20.

Thompson’s letter specifically lists eight state officials, including Michigan Senate Majority Leader Mike Shirkey (R), then-Speaker of the Michigan House of Representatives Lee Chatfield (R) and Monica Palmer, a GOP member of Michigan’s Wayne County Board of Canvassers who had tried to “rescind” her vote certifying the county’s election results after Trump called her.

One of the loudest voices urging Donald Trump’s supporters to push for overturning the presidential election results was Steve Bannon. “We’re on the point of attack,” Bannon, a former Trump adviser and far-right nationalist, pledged on his popular podcast on Jan. 5. “All hell will break loose tomorrow.” The next morning, as thousands massed on the National Mall for a rally that turned into an attack on the Capitol, Bannon fired up his listeners: “It’s them against us. Who can impose their will on the other side?”

When the insurrection failed, Bannon continued his campaign for his former boss by other means. On his “War Room” podcast, which has tens of millions of downloads, Bannon said President Trump lost because the Republican Party sold him out. “This is your call to action,” Bannon said in February, a few weeks after Trump had pardoned him of federal fraud charges.

The solution, Bannon announced, was to seize control of the GOP from the bottom up. Listeners should flood into the lowest rung of the party structure: the precincts. “It’s going to be a fight, but this is a fight that must be won, we don’t have an option,” Bannon said on his show in May. “We’re going to take this back village by village … precinct by precinct.”

    https://talkingpointsmemo.com/news/...rol-of-the-gop-and-reshape-americas-elections

Unleashing the crazies on the precincts is a frightening thought.

A local criminal investigation into then-President Donald Trump’s attempt to meddle with Georgia’s 2020 election recount is inching forward, as Fulton County investigators have interviewed elections officials and received documents from the agency, according to three people with direct knowledge of the probe.

“They’ve asked us for documents, they’ve talked to some of our folks, and we’ll cooperate fully,” Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger told The Daily Beast this week.

Good to see the investigation of Don's criminal actions is ongoing.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis previously revealed to The Daily Beast that she has spun up a new anti-corruption team to explore what state laws, if any, were broken when Trump and his allies tried to overturn election results there. But her office has been quiet about the matter in the five months since.

Her investigators have since interviewed at least four officials at the secretary of state’s office, asking questions that show a particular interest in Raffensperger’s separate phone conversations with Trump and U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham, according to two of these sources, who spoke on the condition of anonymity.

Speaking of ongoing investigations in to Trump's criminality.........

At least one employee at Donald J. Trump’s family business testified before a grand jury on Thursday as prosecutors in Manhattan weighed whether to charge a senior executive at the company with tax-related crimes, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

The Manhattan district attorney’s office is scrutinizing whether the executive, Matthew Calamari, benefited from what prosecutors have described as a 15-year scheme at the Trump Organization to help its top leadership evade taxes by compensating them with off-the-books luxury perks such as free cars and apartments.

The development came two months after the district attorney’s office indicted the Trump Organization’s chief financial officer, Allen H. Weisselberg, and the company itself over the perks.

An associate of Trump lawyer and former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani pleaded guilty Friday to illegally funneling foreign donations into U.S. political campaigns as part of an effort to win licenses in the booming legal marijuana business.

As part of a plea deal with prosecutors, Igor Fruman, 56, admitted to soliciting a foreign national for donations to both state and federal campaigns. During a hearing in federal court in Manhattan, neither prosecutors nor Fruman’s attorney discussed specific details of the donations or identified the recipients of the money, but Fruman did agree that the sums involved exceeded $25,000.

Yet another example of criminality in Trumpworld.
