The Nazi mindset drove them to know their roots and do all in their power to recreate as much of those roots and purity as possible. They used what power they could find to do so. They weren't nearly finished. You don't seem to have the ability to discern truth. I'm not sure how to help you. It is something that must be endeavored to achieve. It doesn't simply come to you from listening to speeches or reading someone's opinions. It takes thought and consideration, along with some luck in finding as much truth as possible while sifting through bigotry.

Silly me, I thought all those people who were complicit in the holocaust were Christians...they said they were. I bet they were secret Muslims
I guess you don’t like their roles so you kick them out of your Christian club

Interesting that you believe all Nazis were Christians and all Christians hate Jews. I disagree both ideas.

Hitler locked up plenty of Christians and many Christians tried to hide or smuggle Jews out of Nazi-controlled countries including Pastor Martin Niemöller who famously wrote this:

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

Let's also not forget who liberated Nazi death camps, tried and executed Nazis and then built this museum: https://www.ushmm.org/

Antifa doesn't care about the truth. They only care about their goals. In fact, their goals and the Nazi goals were very similar. They simply can't step away and look at it without rosey glasses.

Political extremists, be they Left or Right, male or female, whatever, are, by definition, extreme. They really don't give a flying **** about anything but their agenda.

They must be educated to the evil of their ways. Academia must not be allowed to continue twisting their minds. It truly is academia. There are few who will or can stand up to the educational system. They have the government by the short hairs.

Not unlike they say about businesses. Then, they want to take over and let academia hand out their paychecks. What's that saying about a box of rocks?

When and where did you go to college? I went to UNC for my BA than Troy State for my MS.

I don't have a college degree. I have the ability, but never took advantage of the opportunity when I was young. When I knew what I wanted to do, I entered a major university and was thwarted by a judge with a grudge. I lost everything because of that judge. I'll never be able to retire. My social security is lower than what one needs to keep a roof, food and clothing, let alone an old car, or a can of beer or a movie theater ticket.

I've tested at somewhere in the 3rd year of university studies with the knowledge I had. I have more since then, so I don't know. The course major was electrical engineering and while there, I figured out a way for a club to legally become a non-profit. The dean of the business school took my papers and called me in for a discussion about my major.

I probably would have done better there, but was set on writing motor and sensor control software, as I'd done that prior to enrolling and found it to be exciting and rewarding. I had a little in some previous education and was top of that class. Few even understood it. I could write a program in five minutes they couldn't in a half hour. Maybe some could, but not many.

I am as poor as one can get with no future, but several years remaining in my life. No sense in completely givng up.

I was asked to write for a magazine without getting credit. I should have taken that job for something to do on the side. I was foolish. It is sad what has passed by me, some due to my own choices and some due to the hate of others.

And I pointed out that at least one of those definitions had no academic foundation. Not to mention it was cherry picked because without the preface it was not clear what was being described was the extreme end of a continuum

What goals are similar to the nazis? If that was the case they would be marching with the neo Nazis not against them

Nope. Don't you take a break? Maybe you and your "husband" take turns using your account?

What’s stopping you from writing programs? How about writing a book? If I could do it...you can do it..:)

It’s funny about taking a break. Today from 830 in the morning till 630 tonight I was at my granddaughter’s volleyball tournaments and in between matches I was bored to death and of course I go nowhere without my iPad.
M Y”husband “ can’t believe I waste my time talking to righties..why is “husband” in quotes? By the way Once again you were attacked the messenger and didn’t address the question
Be forewarned, tomorrow is a repeat of today with the younger one, but at least this one is close by.

. I hardly believe all nazis were Christians, just most....and I don’t believe all Christians hate jews.
Yes Hitler locked up Christians but he didn’t lock them up because they were Christian. He locked up Jews just because they were Jews. And yes they were many good Christians who tried to hide and smuggle Jews but they were the exception not the rule. .The exhibit at the Holocaust Museum in Washington has a fascinating exhibit about the neighbors. Survivors talk about how the neighbors were running up to loot their Apartments as they were being dragged down stairs. There is also a very touching story about a Jewish woman who gave her jewelry to her neighbor as she was being dragged down stairs and many years later this neighbor found her daughter to give it to her.
We are so quick to blame Muslims for their atrocities but will defend Christians for their’s. It is the same dance with different steps

    The younger one? I'm lost.

    Oh crap. Nevermind. duh.

I would expect "him" to be quite understanding and well trained to know when to agree and acknowledge your superior opinions.

Sorry I didn’t make myself clear. I have two granddaughters ..today the older one played all day and tomorrow the younger one plays..
My husband thinks the way I do and I think the way he does though we argue over some differing opinions . Actually I don’t believe my superior opinions are always superior and you couldn’t hold a candle to my husband. He is a successful and brilliant man who came from nothing and retired in his 40s. We are both activists. ..though for different causes
PS Another reason I am online so much is because I am trying to finish my second book and I tend to stray from doing so. So I come here to fight the guys here, then I read a book, then I play a game then I write a little more. I have to finish this book in a few months and I just waste too much time here, but I’m addicted

College isn't necessary, but it's very helpful to boost a person's career into the fast lane. Of course, that depends on the career. Vo-Tech can be just as good as well as an apprenticeship. The two main points being 1) a HS degree isn't always enough to maximize a person's potential and 2) "Academia" isn't the same across the nation. Go to Texas A&M or the Citadel and call them a bunch of ****ing liberals to see what I mean.

It's too late for me. I appreciate your suggestions. I've been to some trade/technical schools and have an Assoc. Degree, a diploma for a trade, a cert. for machining, some short university courses, a high school diploma and years of experience. I'm too old to get a decent job. No one wants to pay me. Younger folks get in with less experience and training and make more than me, though they have to catch up to where I am. Been there and done it. It's the USA. whoopee

Sorry, I wasn't making any suggestions. I was curious about your strong dislike and, IMO, distorted view of "academia".

Young folks might have their heads turned around by dickheads in liberal colleges or white supremacists, but most grow out of it by the time they hit 30.

Oh, well, it's probably not worth the time. I believe they are behind antifa, the way the government works today, and the drive toward a change from what some think is a democracy and I believe is a plutocratic oligarchy, to a democratic socialist nation. I think it's a huge mistake and simply places the power from business owners into the hands of the behind the scenes academics telling Congress how to do their job.

And by the way, Nazis were democratic socialists with a dictator. Soo, oddly enough, I tend to be against the changes for many more than one reason. Some, I haven't even touched on.
