And remember that the key to victory here is that the Kings of the East are not invading so that after the war New York can be made the new capital if the East. The idea is to destroy New York and LA and Washington before the invasion even begins. See what exactly will you Americans be defending? Pittsburgh? Iowa? North Dakota? :) The fly over US is not important and you Americans know that. You will know from the start that no matter the outcome of the war USA is no longer superpower. England won WW2 and they still lost reserve status. US elites that remain will have every incentive to surrender. And they will especially after the Kings of the East take Texas. And sure there are better places to land but the symbolism is very important and the invasion must start at Texas. The Kings of the East can walk across the Mexican border of course and there will already be thousands of sleeper units ready to go but the sea invasion needs to land at Texas. This will eclipse the Normandy Landing. Texas is perfect. Texas has the hardest strongest culture of all US states so it needs to be taken first. After the Kings of the East conquer Texas the remaining states will give up. The elites will give up. The Kings of the East may not allow US to surrender but hopefully they will spare as many Americans as they can.

I have never been to USA and I have no intention of coming unless I am invited. I do not want to come uninvited. The NSA are fans of mine and I like them too but I wonder why it is taking them so very long to invite me to visit you guys in USA. The NSA wants to give a heap on money to the guy that made Call of Duty for ideas on how to make modern warfare more exciting? Well I want some of that NSA cash and it would be better spent on me. Call of Duty sucks too. Battlefield is better. Maybe ask that guy because it is still very boring.

And back to your navy - how about what the Iranians did to them? Oh my God. They were crying like 13 year old girls. What was the reason again? Poor training? I just don't see any US troops as being commited enough you know what I mean? But yes hopefully the Kings of the Easts naval invasion forse doesn't come across that Harvey Milk ship you guys are working on because they would be in a lot of trouble then.

Call me NSA. Seriously. I want to help.

I don't see how any nation would survive the nuclear response that the USA would lay on them after they destroyed several of the USA's big cities. This is where the whole idea of any successful "invasion" of ANY big nations or group of nations, (like Europe, the Middle East, Regions of Africa, etc. ) just sort of becomes impossible in the modern world. A nuclear holocaust would kill EVERYONE, the invader, the invaded and all of humanity besides and there is really NO way you can stop it from becoming that big once it starts. Just because one the main partners of MAD is no longer there really means nothing as nuclear arsenals are now so numerous and so powerful. Hell, ISRAEL probably has all the capability needed to destroy the world

MAD with two major players allowed us to go on with our conventional war 'games' for so long that many of us thought Nuclear war had "gone away". It didn't and never will, and anyone who thinks even a 'limited' nuclear exchange,( if one was possible, which it isn't, ) is survivable needs to reread "A Path Where No Man Thought". At some point we are going to have to wake up and face the facts. We can't ALLOW war any more. It's obsolete, and it WILL end us if we don't end it.

Yes this is the coward line pushed by global elites that do not want a war messing up the flow of spice. But the fact is that for the next age to begin we must have the final battle between good and evil. War is the only way to move to a supranational reserve and cashless global economy. War is the only way to get chips into every global citizens right hands, foreheads and brains. And this next war will be the only way to end war. There is no other way.

So global elites need to grow some testicles and get cracking with this stuff. Nobody is going to blow the rest of the world up. Say we lose North America, China and Russia from this war for 50 years until radiation dies down. Meh. The world is a big place.

About two thirds of the worlds population will die in this upcoming war apparently. That still leaves a heck of a lot of people. But yes many will die.

You have very little understanding our of capabilities.

And troop carrier subs being able to transport any real number of forces?? COME ON!!!

We know where every single sub of any nation is at all times and the USN. Sub Force is powerful in the extreme.

We have contained China and we do it very easily.

USA did not know what the Japanese navy was packing before WW2 and you Americans do not know what the Chinese are building underground right now. And I see the cargo sub convoy as an essential part of the invasion but troops will be moved other ways - like I said, the Kings of the East can just walk across your borders like a common Mexican. And there will be no stealth involved when the cargo convoy comes and there will be more than one straight line taken. The Kings of the East will blast their way through. They will just keep coming.

    - - - Updated - - -

    Im not so sure.

The U.S. Navy like all of the worlds navies back then as today relied on "Janes" including Nazi Germany, the USSR, IJN, Royal Navy, etc.

The only thing "Janes" got wrong about the IJN were the "Long Lance Torpedo." "Janes" listed the Long Lance as being a 21" torpedo when it actually was 24". It wouldn't be until 1944 when it was discovered that the Long Lance was a 24" torpedo.

Naval and military attaches was and still is a nations number one source on another country's military capabilities.

It was German military attaches while observing U.S. Marines during the Banana Wars who observed U.S.Marines using aircraft in direct support of riflemen on the ground that were controlled by Marines on the ground using signal flags. Lessons learned led to incorporating aircraft into Blitzkrieg and air combat battlefield interdiction and close air support being controlled on the ground.

The USA and Japan had military attaches in each other's country since 1904. The fuse for America's war with Japan in the Pacific was lit in 1906 and both Japan and America knew it was going to take place.

The USA drew up and adopted it's war plans with Japan in the early 1920's, it would be known as "Plan Orange" and was used to defeat Japan during WW ll.

    Becoming a Naval Attaché

    Responsibilities of an Attaché

Being an attaché is a unique opportunity unlike any other in the military. Attachés are part of an elite corps with four main responsibilities:

    · Representing the Secretary of Defense, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the United Forces of the United States abroad
    · Serving as military advisors to the U.S. Ambassador, the personal representative of the United States
    · Reporting on in-country, and regional political-military activities
    · Supporting U.S. military theater security cooperation and/or security assistance programs in selected countries...

What is now happening in Ecuador is related to the possibility of far too many people being desperate to get across the USA - Mexico border.

Ohhh, the arrogance of most Americans. After all, they are the only people who shares a Continent with others, yet tries to act as if it is all their own.

Actually invading North America is very possible. Of course, we are actually talking about 45 different countries and geographical entities. Ranging of course from the "Big Three" of the USA, Canada and Mexico, all the way to Belize, Panama, and Bermuda. In short, everything North of Columbia.

England has been a strong nation since ,forever, it did lose its position but with the Commonwealth and its good standing and NATO alliance is a very important nation in many ways regionally, the Russians are still there and still tough, China isn't also going anywhere and we would be hard to break noting we have never lost a defensive war when our nation was on the line and now have allies and nuclear weapons and black ops tech not likely clearly advertised. Economically we are still a force to deal with clearly but our debts to hurt us our natural wealth is still in the many trillions of dollars in land and natural resources. And we have two oceans bordering our nation and an ally Canada who an invader would need to march into first and a mass of cold lands over that to cross. To win a war it would need to stay conventional and like I said good luck invading a nation of 300 million, holding our cities and towns, securing States and not have a fight. Hell just the criminals in our coastal cities if enough proved loyal to the nation are a small army experts in urban operations and with smuggling lines. And to beat us you would need to break us I'm sure even unpaid our fighting men and women would due their duties and give hard and with our navy and out treaty ties getting here is no sure thing with enough troops to do the job a combined US/British/French navy and any other allies could give them a hard fight. Unless we are talking ETs invading then well the world would unite!

Not really we are completely self-sufficient with rationing, so if we had to default on our debt as long as we can feed our people and using rationing like in WW2 keep going we could do far better than most nations which without us buying things will be hard up especially China. In a couple decades things would stabilize. And the supposed invaders must cross oceans, invade us and risk us going nuclear if pushed into a corner too much. Short of aliens with spaceships and ray guns we should be okay.

So, can anyone tell me WHY our so-called president wants to INCREASE our defense spending when we already outspend the next 6-7 nations COMBINED and most of them are our allies?
    FOR WHAT?
    Aliens?

    VietVet;

Increasesed military spending. Weapons sytems are like cars. They need constant maintenance. A lot of maintenance was deferred (i.e. ignore) during the Obama years. They can'rt be ignored any longer.

Why is out defense budget so high? One reason is the sheer number of defense treaties we are involved in. For example, we have the Fifth Fleet stationed Bahrain to watch Iran. They are there by treaty with the government of Bahrain, but they have been there since 1995.

If the US does become energy independent in the next several years (despite the hand wringing of environmentalists) we may re-think our commitments in that part of the world. That may be one reason why the Saudis have contracted to buy $350 billion in aramaments over the next decade.

As for NATO, we all know they have been shortchanging the alliance at out expense.

I think a better answer is to keep the military industrial complex going and continuing to keep the fatcats fat. Ron Paul used to speak about it.

The phrase Military Industrial Complex has been used ever since Eisenhower coined it in his farewell speech in 1960.

In that same speech, he approved of it as vital to national defense. He must have been correct. It won the Cold War.

    3 major reasons
    1. We have the highest paid service members and civilian DoD work force in the world.
    2. We have the highest development and acquisition costs on new weapons. Several reasons for this.
    3. Overseas obligations such as NATO, Korea, and Japan cost the DoD huge sums.

As for China's defense spending, dont pay attention to their numbers, they arent even close to accurate.
    http://chinapower.csis.org/military-spending/

To the OP, the US cannot be invaded by a hostile force without the cooperation of Canada and Mexico.

The U.S. is the worlds largest producer of Oil, Natural Gas and Coal.

The U.S. currently is the worlds largest EXPORTER of Natural Gas and Coal and by 2023 OIL!!

The United States also hold more Oil Reserves than EVERY SINGLE OTHER NATION ON EARTH PUT TOGETHER!

The Oil was always there it just took over a century to figure out how to extract it.

But none of this matters now.

Lockheed Martin just has it;s 5th successful test of it's Micro-Fusion Reactor.

Within 10 years Fusion Plants will be being built all over the U.S. and Canada as after all Canada and the U.S. no matter what anyone else say's is basically one nation.

And they are stronger as well. And warfare is fought in many ways, if China wants to conquer the USA, tomorrow it will not put all its troops into ships and sail across the Pacific to stage a landing on the California coast. It will soften up the USA economically and politically and socially, both internationally and domestically. It might take several decades, but anyone who knows history understands the conquest of a nation or empire is the result of a long sequence of planned and unplanned events. In fact, China has been engaged in exactly such a strategy for the past 20 years.

People are not stupid, as you think they are.
