I agree - we should concentrate on a habitat on the moon. A station that orbits the moon could also play significant role in expansion of our missions into deep space.

When given the choice between depicting Russia accurately and depicting Russia as a villain, they will choose villain every single time.

Anti-Russian bigots will say, out of one side of their mouths, that Russia is a culturally backwards, economically dysfunctional, second-rate power that is no match for the US. There are already a plethora of examples of the mainstream media reporting something about Russia that later turned out to be inaccurate, imprecise, and even outright false.

Given this, a reasonable person would take anti-Russian propaganda with a healthy dose of skepticism.

But if one is obsessed with hating Russia and hating Trump, then they will accept any assertion or narrative that paints Russia in a bad light.
