It sure does, and you and your "progressive" buddies are gonna get a "61%" dose of it this fall.

Progressive? You mean that you want to go backwards to the economic albatross imposed on the South by Jim Crow?

You clearly don't know what Marxism is. I can't be bothered to educate you, but from reading a few of your posts and their replies... the stuff you scribble down aren't well-respect outside from others sharing the same paranoia.

Obama is a center-right president, much like the past few. I don't know if you know what Marxism is and are just trolling, or are ignorant of the ideology... either way, your posts are jokes, I hope.

Nothing surprises me anymore here, calling the race card after starting a race thread......it would be funny, if it wasn't so sad. I guess if you check out who is friends with who, it won't surprise you the people coming to their defense. What's the saying, "birds of a feather?"

The OP suggests Obama's race has to do with his decisions and so forth. That's not a bit insane, now is it?

Most of our members throw around words like Marxism and Fascism without knowing their meaning..

    That is pretty routine.

This is a race issue because Wright and the "theologians" before him made it so ---- why it's called Black Liberation Theology.... duh!

So because it's Black Liberation Theology, no one but blacks can discuss it? Is that the message I'm getting from the leftists here? And if you do try to discuss you are a racist?

Leftists have the same message over and over again---- YOU'RE A RACIST, no matter what you say or want to discuss.

Playing the race-card as always. It's a different one, same style. No one said any of those things. The OP suggests that Obama's race is a decisive factor in Obama's motives. It says the same about all blacks, it's bigotry. The OP is noted for it.

You've posted for less than a month and yet you can say she's "noted for it"?

Interesting that you think you know so much about her in such a short period of time.

Original Post. And as the replies here point out, the content is noted for bigotry.

Do you think white presidents can have their actions similarly expected by their racial background? Could we have foreseen Bush's actions by his white background? Perhaps by his up-bringing, his religion, or his past history and experiences... not so much by his race.

    Get it?

    Obama is all about race.
BLT is all about race and playing the victim card. The OP explains in detail why.

Obama and Wright brought this to the fore, and you don't get to determine what we discuss here; it's a legitimate topic for discussion, and THEY are the ones playing the race card and expecting all the rest of us to back into a corner and shut up. That bull(*)(*)(*)(*) does not fly anymore. The race card is abused and used up. Done deal.
    Have a nice day.

The Rev. James Cone is the founder of black liberation theology. In an interview with Terry Gross, Cone explains the movement, which has roots in 1960s civil-rights activism and draws inspiration from both the Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Malcolm X, as "mainly a theology that sees God as concerned with the poor and the weak."

Cone also comments on controversial remarks made by the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Barack Obama's former minister and a black liberation theology proponent.

In a now-famous 2003 sermon, Wright charged that an ingrained, abiding racism in American society is at fault for many of the troubles African-Americans face, and he thundered, "No, no, no, not God bless America! God (*)(*)(*)(*) America — that's in the Bible — for killing innocent people."

Cone explains that at the core of black liberation theology is an effort — in a white-dominated society, in which black has been defined as evil — to make the gospel relevant to the life and struggles of American blacks, and to help black people learn to love themselves.

It's an attempt, he says "to teach people how to be both unapologetically black and Christian at the same time."

It's hilarious to me to see White people defend Black people who hate White people.

Would these same White people walk around in Watts, Philly, or certain parts of Chicago at night? Or Brambleton and Church streets in Norfolk? I seriously doubt it. Gawd, I hope not.

Read Obummer's "Dreams From My Father". In it he asserts that his stone cold Marxist Mommy hated her own race with an unmistakable passion. And, used him to inculcate her beliefs. This crazed mommy's dad, being an off-the wall commie (also acknowledged in his book) got him the notorious Commie Poet of that time, "Frank".... later divulged as Frank Marshall Davis.....who, in addition to being a Hard Core Pronographer, also hated whities with a passion.

What with Obummer having a TWENTY YEAR TENURE in the Cathedral of Hate run by the Black Racist Whackjob "Goddemn America" Wright, plus the other incidents, and his clone: The Negroid's counterpart to KKK's Grand Wizard, the DOJ., Atty General Erik, "THE CONSUMMATE IDIOT" Holder .... one can more than reasonably conclude that Obummer is a RACIST.......Yes, in caps.......and a COMMIE RACIST to boot.

Perhaps, Margot, in her ever-present zealousness to defend the Liberal agenda, should go to the area where the two reporters got bashed about to prove to us that the vicious blacks, in their own element, are not the crazies that they certainly seem to be.

Well it is Humorous to say the least.

I have to really thank Conservatives, because for decades i always had a feeling about them, but the last 4 years confirmed everything I've ever thought about Conservatives and more. And the best thing of all, it's been their direct quotes and actions that have left zero doubt. It's not like anyone can ever say they were taken out of context ... all you need to do is hit the replay button.

Once again ... thank you Conservatives ... even if President Obama doesn't win in November, you've already solidified your place in history as far as I'm concerned.

    Congratulations on your achievement; :)

I lived in Norfolk for about 15 years and grew up in Va Beach. I know Church and Brambleton. I would not go around there. Church was an inner city ghetto and was razed and cleaned up with better everything. But there's still a low rent housing project up by the intersection of Brambleton and it's just the kind of place where something like this would happen. It's cleaned up a lot now as I said, but the housing project is the magnet for trouble...they need to tear it down. It concentrates a lot of gang types in one ares. Breeds violence. Not good for them or anyone.
