My internet service has been out for 4 days. Today I got an email from my ISP telling me what to do if I was still off-line. So -- they send out an email via the internet to people who can't get on the internet telling them how to correct the problem.
You may ask how I received the email? Well I used the Hot Spot on my Apple iPhone to act as a modem. No thanks to my ISP.
Reminds me of the guy who called a garage and said his car wouldn't start. The garage told him to drive it over and they would fix it.

Welcome to Millenials' customer "service." I've been trying to get a supervisor at my ISP's office for over a year after they held my service ransom for approximately $270 dollars. To this day, I have no choice but to use them as my building is daisy-chained.
