That's great (except the keto .. that sh#t will kill you), but why do you want or need to 'beat back the years'? Isn't it better to just be in the best physical condition you can be at any given age? Being a grey haired wrinkly 70 year old is awesome, if you're fit and active. Celebrate your actual age - embrace it! Maybe you do, and I'm just assuming that by 'beat back the years' you mean dying your grey hair etc. That stuff is a dead give away of low confidence, and contradicts any assertion of personal power.

Meantime, 'beautiful women' is a sad dependence, if you require them to also be young. You're an old man, and there is a point at which unless you can buy their 'affection' (which is simply a performance, and your soul will know this and register the insult .. hence loss of more personal power), you won't be in any position to attract their attention. What will you do then? Far better to let the evolving beauty of a life partner invigorate you. Just do as I did .. choose someone your own age who is 'beautiful', and knows how to look after themselves. They truly improve with age. The grey hairs and character in the face add to the awesome physical package, not deduct from it. Example:

@crank The first picture has obviously very high luminosity and probably some photoshop. I wouldn't be surprized that those people on both picture got cosmetic surgery.

Picture with very high luminosity is often a warning for people, mostly women, which try to hide some physical flaws. I don't go anymore on dating sites/application for a long time, but yes, people using that are often as not beautifull IRL than on the picture.

Upon semi retiring I moved to one of those awe inspiring places on our planet. The morning sun highlighting the mountains and the placid lake water reflecting the sky while the wild birds fly overhead. The glimpse of wildlife and the mating calls during the day and then the evening sunsets that are breathtaking in their grandeur. When night falls the sounds change and one looks up into the clear dark sky and sees the stars shining like bright diamonds with the Milky Way arching above like a celestial rainbow. What I find fascinating is that there are flowers year round in nature's garden and I never have to plant anything or do any weeding to enjoy them all. Yes, there are butterflies and bees and moths and bats and caterpillars and tortoises and just about everything you can imagine living right next door. I consider myself lucky to be here.

 

Although I freely admit an attraction to the physical beauty of women, my wife and I met online and then courted in real life based on what we looked like and what we like. The profile picture she had showed her face and her in a turtleneck sweater so she did not present as sexual...I simply imagined that as was intended I believe. In my opinion people put way to much emphasis on youth and physical appearance vs. the most important aspects of true happiness...however looking good is an excellent bonus.

Consider physical appearance, I consider however there is a bare minimum to be attracted with. However seeking for the most beautifull wife is foolishness too me. However, if your wife is extremly beautifull and has all the main morale and intellectual qualities you seek for, it's a big win.
From my point of view, grace is more important than beauty. Beauty can fade away with pregnancies or age, grace never fade.

 

I absolutely agree on the minimal physical attraction as well as unrealistic and shortsighted ideals in beauty. Myself I have found that eliminating the search mentality and just enjoying life is the most effective and fulfilling way to find a love. I have also found that true beauty does not age but simply improves, and is entirely a subjective concept.....my own perceptions are biased by who I am however and must be taken as such.

I disagree. Love is not something that "just comes" which means it is foolish to stop searching for it (unless you do not want it, of course). Love is something you have to work for. Unless you are a unbelievebly handsome man or an above average looking woman. If you are an average looking man who wants love, you will have to search. It is a bit easier if you are a woman because then you are what is being searched for by the men.

Yeah, I get the woman is over-lit and adjusted etc ... she's a model on a shoot, after all. The point is she has natural grey hair, is clearly very fit and healthy, and isn't parading big fake boobs, cleavage, sun damage, or suburban cougar attire. She's CLASSY, and clearly not trying to look younger. Wanting to look good at 60 is not the same as wanting to look 30 at 60.

As for the guy .. he's completely natural. Just very fit and healthy. It shows. His body language is not that of the stiff and unhealthy middle aged loafer. It's the relaxed flexibility of the athlete. He probably walks fast and loose, also. All of this stuff is what keeps turning heads - if it's about that for you. Forget the hair dye and botox, and just get fit!

 

Yes, so much of it is about health and fitness. Keeping it natural, simple, and low-key (style wise) is also essential.

Not only was Big Red an awesome physical specimen, his jockey, trainers and owner always talked about what a highly intelligent animal he was.

If God ever made a horse, it was Secretariat - and then He broke the mold. When Big Red won the Triple Crown in 1973 he set the record in all three races and almost 50 years later those records still stand. I still get goosebumps watching him race, and who could ever forget his unbelievable run at the Belmont Stakes?

I admire everything about Big Red. Like I said, if God ever made a horse it was him.
