Traitorous just like the DNC that was in contact with Ukraine to dig up dirt on trump to use against him? Or like the hillary campaign using a dossier that relied upon russians?

“Obstruction of justice can be motivated by a desire to protect noncriminal personal interests, to protect against investigations where underlying criminal liability falls into a gray area, or to avoid personal embarrassment,” Mueller said. “The injury to the integrity of the justice system is the same regardless of whether a person committed an underlying wrong.”

Strange how Lincoln died in a very small bed. I guess the typical person at the time was short by today's standards.

    From Mueller's report..........

Gates explained that (Russian oligarch with close ties to Putin) "Deripaska used Manafort to install friendly political officials in countries where Deripaska had business interests."

Here in the good old USA, Manafort tried to get Don elected...........which is the same thing Putin was trying to do.

Don's mantra. “If the facts are against you, argue the law. If the law is against you, argue the facts. If the law and the facts are against you, pound the table and yell like hell.”

    @Lee Atwater:

I see you are in the pounding the table and yelling like hell phase.

You must watch Fox News because you still can't accept what a fraud and a criminal Donald Trump is. Trump and the Trump Trolls will go down in history as a disgrace to this country.

Good grief, it was Obama who could stop the Russians. Ask why he did not stop them.

The criminal is Obama over your issue.

i saw the actual interview with Deripaska and he flat out denied that. Said he spent 2 years trying to locate Manafort to sue him.

Putin denied he interfered but since Obama interfered with Putin's Election, perhaps it was payback.

Ask yourself these vital questions. Obama was president. Obama was well informed on this.
    1. Why didn't obama so much as warn Facebook or other advertisers?
    2. Why when Trump called out about meddling, did Obama stamp that down?
    3. Why did it take Obama until January 6 of 2017 to admit it was happening?
    4. Why did Obama interfere with the Putin election? Seems to me that advertises to Putin it is open war.

I clearly do not understand Mueller's statement here. The law prohibits foreign nationals from providing “anything of value … in connection with” an election. https://www.justsecurity.org/41593/...ce-law-trump-campaign-collusion-russia-trump/

Attempting to commit a crime is itself a crime. Attempting to conspire with a foreign government is a crime.

Recalling the Trump Tower meeting on June 9, 2016, during which Trump's son, Trump's son-in-law, and Trump's campaign manager met with four Russian operatives at Trump's home, Trump Tower, to get dirt on Clinton, Mueller made this astonishing assessment.

"This meeting posed “difficult statutory and constitutional questions,” Mueller said in the report, but his office “ultimately concluded that, even if the principal legal questions were resolved favorably to the government, a prosecution would encounter difficulties proving that Campaign officials or individuals connected to the Campaign willfully violated the law.” (Emphasis on “willfully.”)" https://www.washingtonpost.com/poli...t-mueller-report-said/?utm_term=.22411b363144

Anyone involved in an election campaign is expected to know campaign laws. Junior, Kushner, and Manafort clearly broke them. For a Presidential election campaign to seek a benefit from a hostile foreign power is a serious violation of federal law.

Why did Mueller let them off the hook?

One can only conclude that Mueller decided they were only subordinates doing Trump's bidding. The fault and the responsibility lies with Trump, not with his underlings.

The DOJ has a rule forbidding the indictment of a sitting President.

Mueller presented his evidence in prosecutorial way, meaning was there enough evidence to convict beyond a reasonable doubt. Mueller did not even try. He left it up to Congress.

Concerning Trump's indictment, when he says "No collusion and no obstruction," that was determined two years ago.

Oh, really? Is that why Trump left Washington on Thursday a couple hours after the Mueller Report was released? He got out of dodge and away from the pesky White House press corps. He cancelled his press conference and refused to answer reporters' questions.

In other words, Trump is extremely concerned about what is in the report. He is lashing out with tweets, afraid to face anyone directly. Put a different way, in addition to everything else, Trump is a coward, a guilty coward.

Is Trump someone you are proud of? Don't answer to me. Answer to yourself.

Our federal government is completely paralyzed. Nothing substantive has come out of Washington in months, no meaningful legislation, no progress on trade deals, nothing from the White House except the border crisis, Trump's wall, and the Mueller Report and is ramifications. There is total chaos.

Putin is pleased. He is quite proud of our President. Trump is doing exactly what Putin wanted him to do.

"I have great confidence in my intelligence people, but I will tell you that President Putin was extremely strong and powerful in his denial today," Trump said during a joint news conference after he spent about two hours in a room alone with Putin, except for a pair of interpreters.

    Yeah really.
No doubt your reading comprehension rivals that of Alex Jones.

It's amazing that you really think Trump leaving town is evidence of guilt. What, is this a western?

He's the Flight 93 candidate. It was true in 2016, and given the insanity of your party, 100 times more true now.

There are heavy redactions under the heading..........Trump Campaign and the dissemination of hacked material.

But this page reveals enough info to show how willing Don was to receive the help he was getting from Putin.

My assumption is the call about more damaging releases coming from Wikileaks was with Roger Stone.

"Dissemination" like re-tweeting or sharing on FB!? :omfg: I'm hyperventilating now too.
    :roflol:
Are you gonna reply: "IDK it's redacted"? 'Cause you know Barr's unredacted a bunch of stuff, and democrats refuse to look at it in a secure facility.
