The NEED to have sex

    When a person is sexually 'pent' up, frustrations increase. When frustrations increase so does the irritation which in turn increases stress. Stress releases the chemical 'cortisol' in the body. High levels of 'cortisol' can be life threatening.

    When the body realizes that its life is in danger due to the high levels of cortisol, it produces more red blood cells. But along with the increase of red blood cells, the white blood cells also increase. However since the White blood cells do not see the 'cortisol' as an invading agent, it does not to anything. But the body is getting more and more cortisol into it which triggers the alert system in the body that something 'wrong' and 'dangerous' is occurring.. So in return, the body begins forming more and more white blood cells. With high levels of cortisol and high levels of the white blood cells, the inner body is full of anti-invasion chemicals but there is no invasion going on. The high levels will remain high until the body receives the proper signals that all is okay.

    Sex is one way to let the body know that it is okay..

    So.. no sex = higher frustrations = higher anxieties/irritations = higher stress level 'cortisol' production = higher blood cells production = higher white blood cell production = high levels of 'cortisol' and 'white blood cells' in the blood = dangerous situation

    and if the person has no outlet, such as sex or God, the body has no way of 'getting back' to 'normal' equilibrium.

    "Sex or God" ???

    Even the most pious of monks have sexual impulses, my friend. Faith is no substitute for sex, althought it might look like a vital need too at times. It's like saying sleeping can be a substitute for eating.
