The one thing the Kavanaugh nomination has shown

beyond a reasonable doubt is that the left has no regard whatever for the truth, for justice, or for fair play let alone due process. The only thing anyone needs to know about these accusations and yes they are accusations not charges is that the available witnesses do not corroborate either woman's story. That being the case, not only is there no reason to hear their testimony there is every reason to dismiss them out of hand. There isn't a DA in the country would even file charges in these cases even if what they said is true, and the preponderance of evidence says it is not, it is unclear based upon the women's own stories that any law was broken.

All in all the left's approach reminds one far more of Torquemada's inquisition or the Salem witch trials than anything else.

 

I think the American people can easily see this for what it is, another lame attempt to remove republicans from office. The problem dems have is they believe the lying liberal media's propaganda.

Furthermore you have Mitch and Trump precluding that they will ram his nomination along regardless of ANY due process whatever it exposes. Set that within the context of Merrick F*****G Garland, the fact that Gorsuch was approved with some Democrat crossover, and Trump's UTTER disregard for due process with Mueller and the GOP's rubber stamp approval of literally every single indiscretion of Trump's page 6 life. In order for me to set aside their credibility they would first have to acquire some. There are witness to these events. The witnesses say the things the women described never happened so much for those women's credibility.

As for due process had there been any there would be no Mueller probe.
