What is with the blinders on these horses that cannot see how America is being destroyed?

I will give Trump one thing.. He has America.. and many aspects of it on the operating table..

I guess he is fixing some illness we have.. I feel like I am on Kamikaze Mission for Satan and Trump is flying the plane.. And I will not get Flavor Aid before impact

Jones thought the world was out to get him (socialistic communes are not generally accepted) in the end and any people that didn't believe him were the enemy

Sad part is...Jones had good intentions.. they took him to hell

 

Yes, I've been saying that for the last couple years. I couldn't understand Jones pulling it off as he did and I can't understand the people that worship trump. Neither happening makes any sense.

I don't know who those "people" are who are making that comparison, but I'm not one of them.

There is no doubt that Trump has built a cult of personality around himself. That alone, is the most terrifying aspect of Trumpism.

Trump trades on his vulgarity, his deliberate a proud ignorance, his ugly American act, his open graft, and his ugly American act.

His base loves all of it. The shout "drain the swamp" and then either cheer or deliberatly ignore the open graft in his own Administration.

Our salvation lies in the fact that Trump has only one real talent. His audience identifies deeply with the chip that Trump carries around on his shoulder. Their media has painted them as victims of minorities and elites alike. Trump inherited his Archie Bunker racism from his father, and his audience readily identifies with it. Were Donald Trump interested and focused on being a dictator, few in the Republican party would stop him. The media sold its soul and made Trump the star of their show, because it's good for profits. The bankers rented their souls for a tax bill. The oil man put their men in the regulatory offices. The military industrial complex is expecting huge windfalls. And the GOP sold its soul in order to stay in power.

A smarter man than Trump could use that to become a king. The folks who loudly support Trump would be be the first ones to join up.

Oh, I'm not surprised that sentiments like that are out there on the far left. I know a few of those folks.

Frankly, they make me just as uncomfortable as teh hard right wing Trumpsters do. I know quite a few of them too.

I find it amusing that one compares Donald Trump with Jim Jones when the country just went through eight years of worshipping the "Negro Messiah". The follow-up act was the "White Dragon Lady of Deception". The masses of her worshipper's are still at the altar on their knees "weeping and gnashing their teeth".

America did see how it was being destroyed and brought out a Dragon killer of their own.

Shades of the Socialist monster are re-raising their heads and the battle must go on until the "Orange One" crushes them.

It is utterly amazing that after more than two years of thinking the left and Democrats and most of the media still have no clue why Trump won. They adamantly cling to the notion that a basket of deplorables are responsible........ yeah, that's the ticket!

 

When Trump dances on the Bible and brings forth a program to resettle American citizens in a foreign land permanently I'll worry.

I'm very, very happy with his efforts to stop illegal alien law breakers from settling in this land permanently.

Funny irony thread. Democrats LOVED Jim Jones, especially S.F. Democrats and Carter/Mondale. Do Democrats love Trump? Do Establishment Republicans love Trump even? Consider doing some research next time before setting up comparisons between the sitting POTUS and arch villains from history, this one is pure flop that puts LW ignorance of even relatively recent history in sharp relief.
