Abolish illegitimately derived public land (ie: all public land), and you're left with private land everywhere. Ownership to me denotes an exclusive use right to allow whoever you want into your land, provided you can negotiate passage for them through the private property of others. It also allows you to sell your land to whoever you please, including foreigners. The state's distinction between domestic and foreign is arbitrary and a transgression of property rights + free association in general.
