The democratic party betrayed the white working class point blank. NAFTA never should've been signed and how dare Obama try to push the T.P.P. when he damn well knew how much damage NAFTA cost the midwest jobs.

It was Obama's intention to weaken America by ruining the economy and military. Fortunatley Repubs had the House & Senate in his second term. And even in his second term he still continued to try with Executive Orders. Obama is the most supreme court over turned Prez. in history. The guy does not like America.

Like it or not the people you call "illegal aliens" are not illegal since we have a presumption of innocence - a point you might want to learn since it might be YOUR a** on the line some day when the government wants to call you a Domestic Terrorist / Enemy Combatant absent Due Process.

First, jobs belong to the employer that creates the job. It is communistic to tell them who they can and cannot hire. Here's my plan, however:

    1) Take the immigration laws off the books. Create a class of Guest Workers that come here to work and NOT be citizens. There are NO limitations on these people. They come and go depending on the job. They are issued Taxpayer IDs and they cannot become citizens. They do not get any of the benefits or privileges of citizenship (NO welfare, food stamps, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.)

    2) Employers currently pay about 39 percent tax. Keep letting them pay it and they can reduce their taxes with this:

    A) Tax incentives for employers who hire an all American workforce

    B) Additional tax incentives to take people off welfare, the unemployment line and off of disability

    C) Another tax break for bringing jobs back to America

    D) Another incentive for paying 15 percent over poverty level as the starting wage

Employers are stuck with hiring el cheapo labor OR getting their tax burden down to 12 percent. Which do you think he'll do now?

    3) Legalize drugs and Mexico taxes them coming into the United States and the U.S. taxes them as they enter. Mexico matches us dollar for dollar and man for man for border patrol efforts. You just doubled your manpower at NO cost AND incentivized Mexico to wage a serious war against drug cartels

    4) Get rid of the laws that prohibit land owners who own border property from defending it against trespassers.

    Problem solved. Move forward.

Newspaper endorsements don't carry any weight any longer. Few read them, few trust them, and the major newspapers have been exposed as nothing more than propaganda outlets for the "progressives".

I suspect a lot of people are glad the reporter was manhandled. The reporter was a jerk and had been acting like a jerk, and got what he deserved. Its stupid to pretend liberal reporters are serving the greater good or operating as the unbiased eyes of the people, the are political operatives, nothing more.

The left is just upset that they got a taste of their own medicine.

You just pointed out one of the major flaws in early voting. Once one votes early, there is no changing your vote regardless of events or happenings between the time you cast your vote and election day. It is a done deal. With no early voting, would the democratic candidate won? Who knows. Perhaps some exit polls will answer that question, then again probably not. People who vote early aren't questioned by those who conduct exit polls.

They are all good ideas, esp number three. The war on drugs is a lost cause and terribly expensive. Do you advocate fine tuning the H-2A, H2B
Program or a new one instead?

No your boy Bush ruined the economy and military though, nice try though. Obama inherited a mess when he came and you repubs tried to block him at every turn, I call that unamerican. Even though they had both houses of congress, they still funded Obama's programs, HAHAHA.

Yea, the majority of americans disagree with you. You think everyone is caused by a democratic president, you will never admit the wrong doings of a republican president and it's quite pathetic.

George W. Bush's approval was 28% by the time his term was over, he never would've won a third term. Worst president of my lifetime.

Like I said, end it. When foreigners get the message that they will get no benefits and be subject to a foreign workers tax, the excuse you hear that they don't pay taxes (which is actually false) goes away.

Employers will be able to hire whomever they want; therefore, one employer cannot hire whereas another cannot (under our current scheme.)

We should be cutting the number of new citizens we take in by half. That would require getting Americans off their a**es and back into the work-force. Got a plan for that as well. With the demand being for American workers, there will be no need for foreigners to come here.

There is a similar plan in Australia which allows "Holders of a 457 visa may be employed for a period of up to four years and may bring any eligible family members, including same-sex partners, who have unrestricted work and study rights in Australia. "
This is the cause of unrest in some areas where the cheaper labour is used in preference to the local more expensive labour. Unavoidable dilemma I suppose.

It was montana. It has only gone blue once since 1980 and 2008 was the only election in which it was close, with the GOP having won the state by 20% margins since 2000 in presidential elections except in 2008

Other countries don't have the tax incentive program that I proposed.

Don't worry about considering 'lying' worse than a supposed assault.

You liberals apparently also think that this was worse than Ted Kennedy leaving Mary Jo Kopechne to die in a car in a river.

Can you explain to me why our party, the dems only controlled the house in 2006-2010. The GOP since then has controlled it since 1994. The dems had full control of the house from the 1940s to 1994. We controlled the house the longest, but yet we can't seem to get it back now? explain that?

We've had full control of the senate longer than the house. Yes, I know gerrymandering has a part in it, but if americans liked our policies gerrymandering wouldn't matter.

Because the democratic party purged itself of Blue Dog/conservatives. There are only around 10 or so conservative democrats left in the House and unless you live in their district, I doubt you could name one whereas they used to make up a good part of the democratic party. My district is one that followed this trend as well. It is no secret that if you are a conservative democrat, the DCCC will not help you fund your campaign and they are not setting you up with donors. The party of "diversity" really isn't when it comes to political dogma.
