Joe Biden will be our 46th President of these United States. I call on every American to accept the election results, and let's move forward from here. What does forward mean? Different for every American, but for me there is actually hope for the vanquished: 70 million Americans voted to keep the plutocracy from returning. That wasn't enough, but it's a very encouraging sign. 70 Million people don't want to return to Washington.

Does anyone really believe that the plutocracy, that which doesn't care for the people's well being will rehabilitate their own image? Orange Man Bad will be less and less effective of a defensive mechanism as the months and years go by, in my personal case I refuse to allow it to be a defensive mechanism because they've said that he is all that ails the nation with him gone, it should be possible to heal then.

Meanwhile, if you feel angered about the election results, if you feel disheartened that the plutocracy returned, it only returned on the basis of a negative campaign image. It put a bandaid over its wounds. But a bandaid can easily be ripped off by its own mistakes. If the Plutocracy fails, then in 2024 the people will not look for another Plutocratic voice.

And they won't be able to pull off "Russia" if there's no ties to Russia or anywhere else. To be clear, I don't want Biden to fail I just expect him to fail. Because we've lived in Plutocratic America before, what might seem like an eternity to many democrat voters, is very fresh in our memories. For example, Biden said he'd reinstall the individual mandate.

In 2024, there will be the opportunity for America to find new ideas and new voices in the masses of the people.

After the last 4 years and all the allegations of fraud? Not a chance, they dont get to ask for civility and acceptance now after their ceaseless efforts to disenfranchise and undermine the President. Screw that noise.

While I like the sentiment, the loser of the election conceding is a big part of making this happen. Every presidential candidate who lost going back to 1896 has given a concession speech where they accept the results and congratulate the winner. Whatever Donald Trump does or doesn't do, you can expect his base to follow the leader

I do not mean any disrespect but your title doesn't match up with your post. It is hardly welcoming.

How is raising taxes on the wealthy and corporations a "return to plutocracy?"

Ok, if you want to play by Dirty Donnie's rules, then you need a Senate majority to do the investigating. Of course, it will go nowhere because only the House can Impeach.

    What now ?

Because the Plutocrats still get for example tax write-offs, and they're the ones who lobby the bills in the first place. Senator Cruz(R-Texas) did a great job showing despite how they cried about citizens united, Democrats by far are the ones benefitting the most from shadow money.

And as far as my post not being 'welcoming'. I accepted the results of the election, that doesn't mean that he's my preferred choice to be commander in chief. Nor does it mean the rebellion against plutocracy will end just because one 'outsider'(Trump) was defeated.

The battle continues, and it will wage so long as a plutocratic system exists of winners and losers.

I'm really not getting your argument. Trump is the poster boy for plutocracy. Biden is quite the opposite.

It's become clear now that democrats are so corrupt and so beyond reprieve that America will never have an honest election again. Progressives appear to be fine to allow 1%ers and corrupt politicians to call the shots for the country. As long as those people virtue signal the way they like they can do no wrong. Luckily I don't really care who is President. I make my life successful not some creepy politician. I doubled my salary under Obama and got a raise under Trump. I'm not a whiny biotch progressive who is going to act like the president can ruin my life. Dems can cheat, steal elections, trick their low IQ voters but they will not be able to hold me down. Good luck with your loser president, he isn't going to make your failed life any better. We will see how many rights they try to take away before I have to jump ship.

No Biden isn't, he just isn't as rich as Trump, that we know of. Who knows how many other deals with China he profits from.

We don't know how much money Trump has, so you cannot compare the two. You might have more money than Trump for all we know.

Biden rose from a working class background. He's succeeded in the face of great tragedy. Joe Biden is the poster boy for the American dream.

Trump was born into the plutocracy. Poster boy.

Biden is going to tax the rich.

Trump gave the rich tax breaks.

Again, the argument makes no sense.

What China deals are you talking about?

He peddled his influence for his son for a multi-million dollar deal with Chinese power companies. Yea real working class guy there. I wish my dad helped me getting multimillion dollar deals. Hell my dad didn't even pay for my first car or college. That's not even mentioning his dealing in the Ukraine

Joe Biden is not some working class hero he is nothing more than a life long slimy politician who hasn't accomplished jack sh*t in 30+ years of politics. And he is a bonafide racist POS on top of it. White nationalist around America are quietly thanking progressives. They don't want to grow up in a "racial jungle" either. Long live white supremacy! /s

This election has not even been certified by the states yet, and it will not be decided until the SCOTUS rules on the legitimacy of the vote count.

If the SCOTUS rules that Fake Votes count it is time to find a party that can adjust to that new reality.

I think I'm going to be sick.

Joe Biden is a corrupt career politician. That may fit your idea of the American Dream but it will never fit mine.

Furthermore, while Biden fits Michelle Obama's warped idea of a "profoundly decent man", he will never fit mine:

Does "10 held by H for the Big Guy" ring a bell?

    It should.

By the way, I'm a middle class working man and Trump gave me a tax break. The only thing I've ever gotten out of Democrats is a tax hike.

And how do you figure that Biden is going to raise taxes on the rich?

Did Democrats figured out a way to steal the elections of the Republicans who kept their seats in the Senate?

I hope that Biden stuffs his cabinet with the best and the brightest young men and women and helps to nurture the next generation of leaders.
There are good people on the repub side that trump could have promoted and nurtured if he hadn't been so self-absorbed.
Notice that the country didn't repudiate all the repubs- just the orange dotard, who had no business ever being potus because he doesn't care about our country.
I hope that trump supporters go away and reflect on why everyone concluded that trump was wrong for the job instead of continuing to whine about how everything is rigged against them.
Sadly, I don't expect they will.

Nah, the establishment just wants Trump to quietly go away so they can resume their pillage of the American middle class.

I will enjoy watching the left get destroyed by the oligarchs who are now in charge again. "The wealthy must pay their fair share".....hahaha! Yeah right.

What happened? Yesterday, you were still claiming "Venezuela"?

In any case, you may have a chance in 2024, if Trump let's go of the GOP. If he doesn't, good luck to you. You made your bed, now you have to lay in it.

Your post started out good. I like the sentiment of nurturing young people for positions. The rest of your post is nonsense. There are roughly 70 million people who voted for Trump. This election has been shady at best. I believe voters on both sides deserve transparency. This election should be investigated to the hilt.

    Why?

The 70 million who voted for Trump may not accept the results and about the same number who supposedly voted Biden deserve to know they won legitimately.

"Venezuela" is quite possible. It depends on what the oligarchs want.
