    1. Wait 40 years, point a finger at someone famous, claim they touched you, offer no proof. Career ruined.

    2. Be born caucasian and then claim you are the wrong race. Ta Da! Claim your 15 minutes of fame.

    3. Be a victim over 30 years ago, stay silent while accepting hush money & academy awards, lose yer looks, claim rape.

    4. Go to children's parties or schools dressed as the opposite sex, twerk, teach kids its AOK to be any gender because its the new IN thing to do.

    5. Teach how to have anal sex at Harvard.

    6. Pay refugees 1700.00 per month but let veterans try to survive on 1200.00 per month.

    7. Give DACA and illegals free apts but make citizens sit on a list for a couple of years for a roof over their heads.

    8. LGBTs have rights, by golly! But nobody else does.

    9. Kill all whities and their babies too! But burn down, loot, riot in black neighborhoods cuz they are OWED for slavery.

That about sums it up in today's world. Have I forgotten anything?

The right to ruin! How awful..

Actually, the way the U.S. has it's Judicial System, you don't HAVE TO be a victim and just move on. You can appeal all the way to The Supreme Court. It takes time and monies, but by the time you get there, you might change rules around town.

Obergefell vs Hodges is not LGBT vs State Director of Health. It's my rights verses your job inadequacies.

And because of 1 man's struggle all the way to The top, every LGBT (person) has marriage rights extended to them.

Although personal suits are more for circuit courts, appeals can get you to the supreme court.

So when the sounding block was heard, it was either for yay or nay. This time, it was for yay.

I wonder how many couples used the favorable ruling to actually get married up to now?

The Supreme Court is a bit funny in that although the executive branch has not too much authority over it except to nominate justices, I'm trying to understand how majority voice to keep a certain law away is not heard at times. There are some cases in which the general public are not involved in but there are others that they are. And even with signed pleas for either yay or nay, their pleas, sometimes goes as if unheard. Supreme court justices neglecting the popular desire?

That can be scary if even the executive branch cannot disannul their ruling.

But then again I could be very wrong and The Supreme Court could have checks and balances as well.

Strangely enough, Chief Justice John Roberts was an advocate for LGBT rights while he was an attorney even BEFORE he became Chief Justice.

Well regardless.. With obergefell and chief justice roberts, many can be grateful.

The Supreme Court has gone from overseeing that The US Constitution is first defended to now individual rights is first defended. From National to Civil. And all done in the name of truth and justice, so their oath seems to say.

Just as in 1 lifetime Kanehameha the 1st conquered and unified all the separate chiefdoms and ruling chiefs to form the 1 KINGDOM of Hawaii, I guess each chief justice has similar possibilities seeing that the justices retain their position for life.

The rights of some but not of all.

It has only been 3 years since the ruling but it feels as if it has been at least 50.

Yes; 10. Post a mess of lies and rhetoric on a handful of minor regional issues that have little or no direct impact on you to present the warped idea that the entire world is somehow a terrible place and so much worse than it has ever been. :)

And the Supreme court is the savior, unless you don't agree with them.
