    But it's the truth. People want to be in groups of like-minded people. (I wasnt' talking about bullying, but about "castes."), those groups of people tend to be similar in abilities.

    So funny. Of course there is substantial bullying within non jock type cliques. Denying it is kind of pathetic. Given the opportunity, any group can demonstrate the behavior, and do so. To single out any one clique seems disingenuous to the discussion.

    Would you agree that popular mean girls are also capable of "bullying"? Should they be banned from school if that is the only activity they engage in while at school? How about the science nerds when they bully the jocks? Banned from science classes?

    Nothing wrong with cliques (sp?) The Motor heads, are going to hang out with Motor heads, the Computer folks etc....

    That's fine though, but why not be nice to everyone? If those people treated Nikolas Cruz as their own instead of ostracizing him, he wouldn't of done what he did.

    No, but if they are engaged in bullying others, they should suffer the same consequences as any other student. I don't like the "caste" system.

    Castes were not mistreating anyone, safety in numbers.

    I do agree with that, but again, human nature isn't nice. Not saying we shouldn't try to change it, but it's the truth. IMHO, that is part of what civilization is about. Learning to live differently from your animal nature.
