    Interesting to me how Hollywood drives perceptions and fear. Full autos, ARs, and more specifically, AKs are the weapons, the black weapons of the bad guys...you know, the bad guy, scary guns, like scary snakes and spiders. In the early 50's, it was the switch blade, the scary weapons of wayward youths and gangs... also usually depicted as black... a scary portrayal that persists in film and TV despite the fact that few switch blade are suitable for knife fighting or open any faster than a folding knife with a thumb stud or opening hole in the blade. But the myth of the scary switchblade black knife persists among the uninformed.

    That was a bit of levity old son. BTW how about those Chicago bangers making up for lost time? EIGHT killed in one day. Here's the thing, it looks like the bangers are starting to use long guns. The B-more bangers are clearly using more shotguns and the Chicago may be following suit.

    Blacks make up 13% of the US population, but commit 53% of the murders.
    The reasons behind this are not related to gun control.

    Perhaps national gun control but only for Democratic zip codes. Nothing like the art of the compromise. Solved it for you.
