You think Putin will give up that quickly? I don't know about that.

So far, the Europeans have told Russia they'll only pay in Euros per their agreement.

The reason why Russians are there doesn't change the evaluation of their military behavior.

Regarding Italian mercenaries ... that's obvious: Italians have been divided since the beginning of the Cold War: a part of Italians prefer Moscow to Washington, this is not a secret.

If you mention Palmeri I can mention Giulia Schiff, an Italian woman who served in the Air Force who fights for Ukraine now. She had expelled from the academy after she denounced some not exactly nice experiences.

You can find Italians on both the sides and it's the same here: there are Italians who hope that Russia will win and Italians who want to see Russia defeated.

    You speak for Russians?
Yeah, sure—they're all going to trade in Roubles.

Europeans now understand you're not a reliable supplier. Good luck driving a hard bargain with China.

    Russia attacks the Ukraine.

There's no reason to watch you spread Russian lies unchallenged.

You don't challenge lies by spreading your own lies.

    How prophetic!

So, they visited the horrors of war in areas with few Russians.
We'll see. Russia may soon look up and see superior conventional forces on its borders from Finland to the Black Sea. Back to poverty—what Russians deserve as long as the support Putin.

    • The U.S. included 100 killer drones called Switchblades in an arms package to Ukraine.
    • Ukraine requested the equipment as it fights off a Russian invasion.
    • President Joe Biden approved a massive defense aid package earlier this month.
    https://www.cnbc.com/2022/03/30/us-sends-100-killer-drones-called-switchblades-to-ukraine.html

Actually I think they mean 1,000 drones as each drone kit comes with 10 drones; the US is supplying 100 switchblade packages. Anyway this is going to piss of the the Russians even more when more of their crap kit gets trashed....sucks when you start a war with an enemy that reciprocates....

These things are perfect for killing artillery. Drop a few on anything that isn't armoured. Especially good if you can co-ordinate that with an attack. They will have to use them sparingly, but could be extremely effective if done well.

Because Putin is a thug and can't bear the thought of a successful, independent Ukraine. Russians could start asking why they couldn't be successful, too.

Putin should spend the rest of his time in power looking down the barrels of NATO guns.

The heavier version carries a charge that can potentially penetrate the top armor of a tank but basically any other vehicle, store depots, signals and radar positions, even infantry in trenches are viable targets. Even better the Russians are going to have to start digging bunkers for all their command posts or else stick them inside reinforced buildings. And more switchblades and other drones are coming.

    Ahead of schedule? :roflol:

Slowed only by having to take time out to murder Ukrainian civilians?

on that thought.....I wonder if NATO could deploy peacekeepers into, say, Western Ukraine and "demilitarise" it by sending all the armed Ukes into Eastern Ukraine. Not to give the Ukes an edge over Vlad's rabble you understand.... oh goodness no.....perish the thought.....:D

Oh, and before I forget as anyone asked 'Destroyer of Illusions' recently about how well he thinks his Russian 'mopping up' operation is going? Because frankly if they were my cleaners I'd fire them.

EDIT: I see someone has - and he's still convinced everything is going swimmingly for Russia. I think he must be using old World War 2 maps of Ukraine for reference points.
