   We have a lot of people in prison for smoking weed. I don't consider that a 'crime problem'. More of an 'authoritarian problem.'
   
   Granted, some of our big cities are pretty dangerous. But the American countryside is one of the safest, most peaceful places in the world. ...unless you don't know how to change a flat tire, of course.
