Well, it is not every day, that we see a government policy successfully breaking the spirit of a people.
Pena Nieto usin' El Chapo as leverage to coerce immigration reform... Mexican President 'Indignant' at US Deportations February 27, 2014 Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto said he is indignant at the United States' deportation of Mexican migrants and described U.S. lawmakers as demonstrating a lack of conscience in failing to pass immigration reform.
Perhaps not in Monaco, but in the US, most government policies seem to be geared toward breaking the will of the people. An interesting, but not surprising story really.

OMFG !!! Even the American born "ANCHOR BABIES" are going back where they belong. !!! Hold on for a few minutes, I have to look out my window.... Seems to be a problem, they are still here. Hold on while I check the housing situation in the barrios.... No change, there's still a housing shortage in the barrios. Something stinks besides refried beans. Yes, because now the U.S. has become more like Mexico. That's the simplest way to explain it. The job market in the U.S. has become completely saturated, even on the lower end of the scale. This is especially true in the Southern half of the U.S. that is close to the border. So many have already come. There's not much room left for any more. Don't think this is all over. All the immigration already has, and continues to have, a huge economic impact on the States near the border, and to a lesser extent throughout the entire country. Teenagers, young adults, elderly and the handicapped have been displaced from what formerly used to be entry level jobs. You have whole sections of California where the white working class has basically been displaced, could not afford to live there anymore, had to move to Arizona or Oregon, driving up the unemployment rates in these adjacent states. Despite the skyrocketing population, there's also been a mass exodus of people out of California. Texas has more living room and has been better able to absorb the incoming migration. Texas basically exploits all this cheap labor, but ultimately that takes away business from other States in the Midwest. So the economic effects are not as apparent in Texas. Although I suspect it is not sustainable and eventually Texas is going to sink into a mire in terms of employment prospects and standard of living.
