Dodge noted, I take said dodge as an admittance that you cannot or will not back your previous claim and as such I will move on to debate those who can back their claims.
More dodging. I will take your dodging as you having no intention of discussing the topic at hand and need to rely on strawman arguments to appear as if you are interested in discussing the topic. Carry on.
Haiti has existed for more than two centuries. Every black nation/society is at the bottom half ranking of the human development index.
Botswana, I'm told by a visiting Belgian friend who worked his entire adult life in Africa, might be the answer you're in need of. Would picking 20 million white Americans for emigration to Somalia result in improving their HDI ranking? When you use the word 'nation', I envision land boundaries and when you use the word 'society' I envision people who share much in common with one another co-existing relatively peacefully.
Yes; I believe changing the racial demographics of society result in overall different outcomes. I'll look up Botswana, but I suspect they're simply much better than the rest of black Africa; not actually similar to any white or Northeast Asian nation. Black societies can be found across the US, and they are nearly all dysfunctional to your average white community.
