    If Russia is actively corrupting elections on both sides, killing British citizens in Britain, invading Czechoslovakia uhh I mean Crimea...

    What are we supposed to do except prepare for war?

    We have not withdrawn from the treaty yet

    But if russia does not agree to honor the treaty then there is no treaty

    As it is you may slumber blissfully

    but you are not in any way safe

    Russia has the second largest stockpile of nuclear weapons on the planet, MUCH bigger than anyone else other than the US, Putin appears to have nothing like the horror of using tactical nukes to frighten his neighbors and re-establish Russia as a superpower which his MAD predecessors did. Use of tactical nukes would nearly inevitably draw us in and end all life. Even if it didn't it would be an environmental disaster which might kill humanity within decades

    Yeh, you're right, what, me worry?

Under the terms of the agreement, the withdrawal is not immediate: The U.S. will "suspend" its obligations starting Saturday but the withdrawal won't be complete until the expiration of a six-month window that ends in August.

    That leaves open the possibility that Russia could still change course and the deal could be salvaged. Still, senior U.S. officials said they were not optimistic about that possibility.”

    We could refuse to accept any refuges from latin America and deport all the illegal aliens from all countries in the US now

    Then ignore whatever happens outside our borders

    But I dont foresee happening

    agendas... delute the base, create dissention, ergo weakening them...

    wwIII will be tech & turmoil followed by armed invasion & on american soil. the only way full nuke occurs, would be by frantic circumstance, not by strategic operation, ergo treaties are mere words on paper... meaningless except to the weak that need hope, much like all the words posted on forums, meaningless banter to let out frustrations to cover over hopelessness...

    Well they are interfering in the elections of the world's democracies, selecting our candidates, and are preparing to destroy the planet before the climate even completes the job. I've taken the smart route and am running my credit cards to the max, knowing they'll never have to paid off.

    Trump weakened our position in Europe. Wrap that in any McDonalds wrapper you want. Now Russia is going to plant intermediate range missiles wherever Putin wants and WE have to keep up. Another arms race. Buy defense stocks I guess.
