Does the Western left understand that Muslims (whom the left favors) profess to believe in the same God as do Christians (whom the left loathe)?
not sure why your trying to make this political by trying to lie about what the left believes but your right, Christians and Muslims believe in the exact same God
everyone should easily be able to see this, both Muslims and Christians believe in the Jewish God... so obviously they both believe in the same God some fanatical Christians and fanatical Muslims probably prefer to pretend this is not true
They don't believe in God anyways so any point on religion is basically moot. They don't like Islam, they like Muslims because they're an 'oppressed' group, their beliefs don't matter only the oppression level does. Also their hatred of Christians is not religious, it's purely racial. Don't forget that everything is about race to them.
Odin is also a god but of war and death by the Vikings, I think it depends upon the worshipper relying in how he sees life and how he want it to become.
What a remarkably stupid view on where liberals stand with religion. Us atheists think that your both eually wrong, but that your equal wrongness should be treated exactly the same. For some reasons, Christians have this perverse sense of self worth and justification that seems to tell them that our Government should give the christian religion preferential treatment. And so, in those regards, we seek to elevate the equally wrong muslims to the same level as the equally wrong christians.

Because your saying we favor muslims. We dont. Thats just absurd. We certainly done like oppression, and most CERTAINLY dont think religion should be the factor of that oppression.
Its a false premise question. It would be like asking: Has the right always hated America or is that just a recent thing?

Exactly. Notice lefties never hate on black Christians (although %wise, most blacks profess to be Christians). Only white Christians are bad. Gotta pander to those colored folks cuz they need the votes.
