Didn't England already eradicate rough sleeping? There were very few people in England sleeping out on the streets in the 80s and 90s. What happened?

Significant population increase? [IMG] If immigrants are allowed into a country in numbers without first providing housing for them, then homelessness is bound to increase QED?

The reality is it didn't work out as planned. The jobs they were taking weren't enough to pay for housing. (That might have been the whole reason those jobs were available in the surrounding London area in the first place)

Also, other poorer people in England on the lowest rungs of society were displaced from jobs and housing.

No surprise wait times at the NHS are longer than ever.

Oh well, that's liberal knee-jerk 'compassion'; they seem to be content to allow foreigners into this country thence to be ruthlessly exploited by employers who pay slave wages and force them to live in squalor.
There are none who do so much harm, and cause so much misery, as those obsessed with doing good.
