Honesty is just the opposite. Honesty is an interactive necessity. Trump just lies all the time and never cares about the consequences of his actions. That’s fine if you actually believe this imbecile. But supporters are living in a dream world if they actually think he knows what he is doing.

 

Tax returns show how you’ve accumulated wealth. If you’re indebted to a foreign entity like Trump is, your loyalty isn’t here. We really don’t care about you and your returns. You have no political power other then one vote.

Trump fans can't deal with the issues in this thread. They are avoiding the Iran issues altogether. Why do they support Trump? They can't defend his actions or his statements. I just don't get that. Can someone explain it to me?

White without a college degree preferred Trump, 56% to 38%.

Top American national security officials sought to convince a skeptical Congress on Tuesday of Iranian threats to U.S. forces or our allies. As a backdrop, Iran has done nothing and, although Trump's provocation has been going on for two weeks, we have not been told of any threats. Trump's people simply say there are threats.

Late last week, Iran removed some missiles it had stationed on two small boats in its territorial waters — a step American officials said was a sign that Iran was seeking to ease tensions. Is that a joke? Our mighty navy was concerned about two slow moving boats? That's nuts.

On Tuesday, American officials said Iran had threatened to target those missiles at Saudi Arabia’s oil infrastructure to drive up oil prices and disrupt international trade. Considering the track record of Trump's officials, I simply don't believe the Persians are so stupid as to attack a powerful ally of the U.S., angering both the powerful ally and the U.S. No where does it say the Iranians are suicidal.

“We have deterred attacks based on our reposturing of assets, deterred attacks against American forces,” Shanahan said after briefing lawmakers. “Our biggest focus at this point is to prevent Iranian miscalculation. We do not want the situation to escalate. This is about deterrence, not about war.”

Deterred what attacks? Shanahan doesn't say, and the rest is pious B.S.

Gen. Joseph F. Dunford Jr., the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, told lawmakers that he had sent a message through an intermediary to Qassim Suleimani, the commander of Iran’s paramilitary forces, that he would be held accountable for any attacks on the United States. Duh, well, no shyt. Is that supposed to mean something?

Dunford and Shanahan still haven't told us about any threats to U.S. forces. It would appear the only party making threats is the Trump administration. Somebody prove me wrong.

“We’ve made clear that we will not allow Iran to hide behind its proxy forces, but that if American interests are attacked, whether by Iran directly or through its proxy forces, we will respond in an appropriate way against Iran,” Pompeo said. Aw, this is to much.

Just how incredibly dumb is Trump? I just hope somebody doesn't do something really stupid. As the militarily ignorant Trump plays the military card, the biggest danger to world peace is an accident on purpose.

No wonder Trump's fans don't want to deal with the Iran problem. Trump is proving his ineptness.

Here is an important issue. Deal with it. I noticed no other Trump fan did. Too close to the truth and they know it.

Many have long accepted the idea of Putin extorting Trump. How else do you explain Helsinki where Trump rejected American intelligence in favor of Putin because he sounded sincere? At Helsinki, no one knows, not even Trump's closest advisors, what Trump and Putin talked about during those two hours when they were alone with their interpreters. How else do you explain bringing us right up to the edge of a war with Iran which would be cataclysmic for the U.S.? Why else start a trade war with China that is seriously threatening the American economy? Why else challenge an equal part of our government creating chaos at the highest levels?

One possible answer, Trump is acting like Putin's puppet. He is doing everything Putin wants him to do.
