We are certainly being lied to and controlled by central bankers and their economic advisors.

Fact: sovereign currency issuing governments can issue their own currency (via treasury and central bank operations), and can therefore spend without borrowing or taxing beforehand.

This is a tricky concept for some to get their head around, but this pandemic makes the concept easier to understand:

eg, for the period of the enforced shut-down, Trump can order treasury and Fed to pay for the food and accommodation (rent, mortgages etc) of all laid-off workers, by simply creating the money 'ex nihilo', without implications for inflation, because the food, accommodation, and food delivery trucks are already available.

The general statement in MMT is: sovereign currency-issuing governments are limited by the nation's available resources, NOT the ability to tax or borrow.

The whole global debt-based economy is a sham, based on the obsolete doctrine of 'scarcity', originating in classical economics.

In today's highly productive economies scarcity is a non-issue, everyone can be housed and fed at a minimum.

So if Trump 'cancels' the Treasuries owned by China, China can simply cancel all its own internal debt and fall back on its own internal market of 1.4 billion people to develop its own economy. They plan to be world leaders in AI by 2025. If they can achieve that they become a more powerful and productive economy than the US.

The Chinese state-owned-financing model is certainly superior in terms of directing resource development to the areas most needed for efficiency and prosperity ( eg national high-speed rail instead of congested highway systems).

    See my post #26 above.

China can't get its money back, that's why we have our military. Hey, who said we were honest?

Anyway you forgot to mention WWIII - it's getting close. And then there's the geological upheavals. The earth is heating up, so don't go digging holes to hide in, it might be more dangerous down there than up here. And while you're at it, keep away from the oceans.

And now that China owns so much productive land outside China, there’s no issue with primary production and mining.

Then again their mental faculties allowed them to believe Trump was a Russian operative for 3 years, so I doubt it.

But will YOU wake up to what's going on?

    https://ellenbrown.com/2020/05/02/crushing-the-states-saving-the-banks-the-feds-generous-new-rules/

Congress seems to be at war with the states. Only $150 billion of its nearly $3 trillion coronavirus relief package – a mere 5% – has been allocated to the 50 states; and they are not allowed to use it where they need it most, to plug the holes in their budgets caused by the mandatory shutdown. On April 22, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said he was opposed to additional federal aid to the states, and that his preference was to allow states to go bankrupt.

    let's hope not

it's said when he comes again he will be much different ....

    http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Revelation 19:11-16&version=KJV

11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.

13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.

There is ZERO EVIDENCE of any "great flood" that covered the entire earth so that is just another baseless theist superstition!

Yes, the signs of "childbirth" (the apocalyptic signs) are there, and yes, you are right, Jesus is back. Rejoice!

Taken from the OT as is much of the book of Revelation. You think this refers to the Second coming? John uses the OT images and adds Jesus.
. The Essenes did the same in their book of Revelation, but they added mother earth.

And didn't Jesus say 'all eyes would see him'?

I hate to rain on your parade but we usually have a pandemic every 100 years or so. Pandemics usually last a few years, and we will usually find a vaccine, effective treatments, or everyone develops herd immunity eventually. Somehow we handled the plague, smallpox, HIV, measles, polio, the Spanish Flu, and the Asian Flu. The bubonic Plague was around for other 1,000 years hitting different parts of the globe. It killed tens of millions in the Byzantine Empire in the 500s, killed tens of millions in Europe in the 1300s, and killed tens of millions more in China in the 1800s.

Aut simul stabunt aut simul cadent

Do you know this ancient Latin sentence...? It explain very well the present situation between China and United States...

I don't want to offend you, but from my point of view, U.S.A has a lot of resemblance with late U.S.S.R Empire, a boiled industry (compared to China...) and a very large part of the national balance devoted to military budget. An imbalance that pushed Soviet Union to collapse in a fortnight ...

Also U.S.S.R. was an Union of several States... Don't forget it...!

~ Russia does not have the economy to support a large military. American military protects much of the free world. USA is not communist. Most of us want to keep it that way .

The problem is: how the Chinese Government will react when the Federal Reserve will not repay back all the bonds that millions of people has bought over there?

Do you know that just half of the dollars printed by Federal Reserve is moving within the U.S.A. borders, and the other 50% off dollars are owned by foreigners, for instance, the Polish Government that use it to pay petrol from Russia.

Suppose that tomorrow all those people that is borrowing half of your national wealth (at zero interest rate...) will be scared, and immediately decide to sell all your dollars to buy Swiss franks, or Japanese Yens, or kilos of gold...

Thats not surprising. The bulk of newspapers and media in general are owned by corporations that stand to benefit via interlocking directorateships from selling more security to the govt if Americans become less independent in securing themselves with firearms. They can thus be counted on to do everything they can to show civilian firearm ownership in as negative of a light as possible.

And I appreciate the effort in not being offensive, but its not really necessary, at least with me. If I don't think you're trying to offend me, then I have no right or reason to be offended. If I do think you're trying to offend me, I'm gonna do my damnedest to spite you by not becoming offended ;)
