The word "Dreamers" makes you think of sweet, innocent children. Some are, and then there's these monsters that we have to live with because their illegal alien parents dragged them in here: http://www.foxnews.com/politics/201...-accused-murderers-allowed-to-stay-in-us.html

How many of the DACA "dreamers" fit this description? From the linked story:

"Nearly 60,000 immigrants with arrest records -- including 10 accused of murder -- have been allowed to stay in the United States under the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) revealed Monday.

According to DHS, 59,786 DACA recipients have been arrested while in the U.S. -- approximately 7.8 percent of all who have been approved to remain in this country under the program since it was created in 2012. Of those, 53,792 were arrested before their most recent request for a so-called "grant of deferred action" was approved. Another 7,814 were arrested after their request was approved.
    "

Thanks, Obama, for blighting this country with even more criminals than we would have had anyway....

The administration putting out bs arrest records, not convictions. Mostly immigration related arrests because of the lack of documentation.

    Propaganda at its finest.

Nah, but your response certainly is propaganda. One wonders what we're getting out of the mix of having these folks who have been arrested in violation of our laws allowed to remain in this nation. Are you a shill for the corporate prison system or something?

You realized if you're arrested for murder you have to stay until your trial. That's 10 accused of murder out of 690,000 individuals or .0000144927% of that population which is better than the National average for homicides which is 5.3 per 100,000 which for 2016 was the lowest reported in history.

Of course they didn't say what the 7.8 were arrested for, but violent and nonviolent crime have also been on a steady decrease since they peaked in the late 1960s.

At least Baby Boomers. They were responsible for the biggest spike in crime of the last century.

Here we go with the statistics justifying their crimes. There are also statistics for shark attacks, but if you don't go in the water you'll never be attacked by a shark. An illegal who isn't here can't commit a crime.

LOL crime rate is related to the average age of the population at any given time so of course when the baby bombers was going through their high crime ages you would get a spike in crime connected to their large size in the population.

That's because they were responsible for the biggest proportunate increase in population in a century.

The crime rate can be directly correlated to the number of young men at any given time. As the boomer population aged, the crime rate dropped.

But the question is are they better or worse than their surrounding community of Americans. Crime of every type has been dropping for decades, it's not like their presence makes us less safe.

Exactly right! And, yes, we've had plenty of our own home-grown, citizen-based crime to deal with....

And so I say again, for all this completely unnecessary 'DACA crime', on top of everything else, "Thanks, Obama, for blighting this country with even more criminals than we would have had anyway...."

They are currently being arrested just for applying for refugee status. They haven't even technically entered the US.

It isn't a blight. The crime rate has been decreasing. And claiming they are dangerous due to their lack of documentation is dishonest.

You are safer if surrounded by immigrants than if surrounded by American citizens.

You're talking to American-born citizens. They're not going to care about that.

Priorities, man! This isn't about crime (well, it is among folks like us); it's about immigration.

Same bigoted nativist arguments used against the Irish, Jews, Italians, Poles, Chinese, Japanese, Vietmanese, Germans, and really anyone who has come over in mass.

Nor could you hired them to do repair work on your home or help take care of your 90 plus mother in her last years of her life.

Right now as I type this on my netbook I am hearing one of my immigrant neighbors and friends of 30 plus years building a ramp for me to my front door.

They had been far better to myself and to my mother when she was alive then anyone I had known born in the US in my fairly long life.

People are people not sharks an the numbers show that immigrants are far safer to have as neighbors on average then Non immigrants.

I think we should limit the number of dreamer/MS-13's we allow into this country.

Without immigration we would be below replacement level and a larger in fact an ever larger percent of our population would be aging out of the job market.

What is even more amusing those who wish to shut the door on immigration that when their ancestors got off the boats was having the same neg comments being direct at them that they are now so willing and eager to direct at the new arrivals.

Using the same slanted logic as you've used, I can demonstrate that the ACLU has been responsible for getting more criminals off the hook, and for retarding the entire series of processes by which we USED to be able to enforce justice in this country for many years.

Example: In 2010, a death row inmate waited an average of 178 months (roughly 15 years) between sentencing and execution. Nearly a quarter of inmates on death row in the U.S. die of natural causes while awaiting execution. Who caused this travesty to become "justice" in the United States...?

I have an idea -- why don't we just get the hell rid of all illegal alien criminals?! Send every one of them back where they came from! If we can at least start there, we may (MAY) be able to make some progress on getting rid of the crime generated by our own legal, domestic population....
