Three Days After Seattle Police Chief Resigns ANTIFA Riots In Seattle — Police No Where To Be Found

Wont be long before ANTIFA starts torching residential homes and murdering people. Marxists start with broken windows but their self-professed goal is to spill blood.

 

That would be really sad if the people of Portland didn't bring it on themselves, and deserve everything they're getting.

I'm so sad for the decent people caught in the middle of this. The people who have been supporting this crap and voting in virtue signaling extremist political leaders are getting what they deserve, but Seattle can't be 100% liberal lunatics....

God knows with the money Seattle's police are earning the least they can do is show up!!!They have 364 cops making over 200K and 1326 making over 100K. in addition to the $285 K the now retired chief was making.

 

There's no shortage of $200k+ salaries at the USPS as well but they cant seem to do their job without more money. In contrast Seattle just SLASHED their PD budget. One profession delivers boxes and stacks of paper from one point to another, the other gets shot at. But yes the SPD should show up and confront this progressive terror mob - question is why didn't they?

ANTIFA broadcasts its plans on social media so its not like the police didn't know they were coming. So that only leaves two options: they refused to go in, or they were commanded not to. If its the former I can understand why because in addition to ANTFA using deadly IED's, blinding lasers, and bricks/bats/etc each one of those officers knows that if they have to get physical with one of these goons then they risk being prosecuted by the city and having their homes targeted by the leftist terror cell once their name is known. If its the latter then, well, that's no surprise at all considering Democrat Mayors/Governors have been giving their ANTIFA/BLM terror groups "room to destroy" for half a decade now.

I noticed that the videos Ngo collected were from people who were there, not filmed by Ngo himself. The first name I saw was Brendan Gutenschwager.

I clicked on his name and went to his Twitter feed HERE.

He has some interesting things to say. He doesn't appear to like the police that much. He did a post about police shakedowns. His posted "Big news for the Portland protest lawsuits, as a government watchdog finds the head of DHS, who deployed federal agents to the city in what became frequently violent clashes on the streets, does not legitimately hold that office and its powers." He appears to be a guy who runs towards these protests to see what's up and report on them.

Bottom line is that your usual talking point about Ngo using paid actors holds as much water as a sieve as usual since he's simply linking to people who were there and saw what happened. And also, that I've just completely debunked another one of your posts. Also as usual.

Money probably isn't a factor at this point. Yes, LEOs know the job involves being in risky situations, BUT...

It's one thing to suit up and go into a situation where you usually have a partner that covers your back and a Chief of Police that supports you.

It's another to be vastly outnumbered in a highly volatile situation with limited officers to help hold the crowds in check with a missing Chief of Police.

Add to that the higher risk of permanent harm (ie. blindness from lasers), constant stress for hours on end and possibly the fear of being arrested and prosecuted for any actions taken to curtail the situation or defend oneself and/or other LEOs.

Is there enough money in the world for ANYBODY to agree to walk into that lion's cage?

 

Maybe not 100% but there has to be a lot of them to keep electing these squirrels. Maybe the people who live there really do like living this way.

 

It's actually a bit worse than that. The mayor and the governor are on the side of the rioters/looters. The cops are on their own without any backup.

I suspect they were ordered to not deploy. Just my opinion - I could be wrong but the truth will come out either way in a few days, I suspect - especially when the shopowners demand it.

 

Why? The people don't want them there.

 

Let them go, no Seattle cops should risk their lives to save the city. No Federal money to rebuild it either.

I have always wondered who benefits from these war-torn, burnt out neighborhoods and cities? Who is standing on the sidelines calling the shots ready to jump in to snatch up devalued properties? As they say, "Follow the money!".

 

Frankly, I think every sworn officer in SPD ought to call in sick for a week or so.

 

I took extra time to research my state senator and city council this year, much more than previously.

@61falcon If that many are making 200k, most of them are working a TON of overtime. And now the city council is cutting 100 officers which will cause even more overtime.

Show up? and do what? Get a brick in the face and NOT be allowed to respond, perhaps get blinded by a laser and NOT be able to respond. Arrest some scumbags at risk to your own life and limb and then watch them get released with NO charges. No I do not blame them one bit for not showing up, they get no backing whatsoever from the mayor or the governor. So, no, don't show up unless you can do so with marshmellows and butterflies.
