My take is that Rudy was in Ukraine to dig in to how Obama's Ambassador to Ukraine interfered in the 2016 election. Parnas and his sidekick had someone else paying them to get rid of her. I don't know how they met, but they were different ships on the same mission. It's possible that Rudy's relationship with Lev and his pal were not known to Trump. I don't know, nor do you.
